For making copies of special keys they are good.For regular master lock type keys, $5 each is ridiculous. I gave them 3 stars beacuse I should have asked b4 they made them. If she would have told me b4 she made them. I deffinatly would have taken those keys elsewhere.

Okay. Rude white lady at the front desk isn5 helpful, and customer service is important. They do not cell batteries for the upgraded keys for hondas and other higher end cars (not that I thought hondas were high end, but they seemed to only have knob and tube keys.

Lost car key, bought a key fob ($30) online and went to them to cut it according to my spare key. They cut it but the key can't turn any locks on my car (door, trunk, ignition, the spare key works fine). The key cut looks obviously different from my spare key, but they told me it doesn't work because the transponder is not programmed. Went to the dealership to make an appointment for programming the transponder ($65). But my friends and a quick google search told me transponders are only needed to start the car, not for opening the doors/trunks. It's just a bad cut since it won't turn any locks. I have already wasted $30 on their bad cut, and would have wasted another $65 to program the transponder if I listened to them.
