An absolute nightmare. Use them at your own risk. I wouldnt allow them in my house again. Listening to and reporting your private conversation. Smh***Adding the following after their reply...You failed to say that your technician listened or heard a private conversation between my husband and I then he went outside called your dispatcher shared the private conversation with her, came back inside, handed me his phone and said the dispatcher wants to talk to you. And yes just like any other woman would do, I asked him to leave because he was not trustworthy, I did not use bad language but I was very mad about being disrespected in my own house. You did not call to ask if we could have another technician to put the 5 locks he had taken out back so we called another locksmith. Also, to be clear we were not going to dispute the charges , we were going to give you a feedback about how to be more clear the next time a customer calls so they wont be put in the situation we were put in. Next time be more clear and make sure the customer is aware of all the charges before the locks and cores are pulled out not after they been taken out as you can see in the pictures.***You can go back and forth to make the customer look bad but you guys failed at your job. As you can see my husband and i have our names shared but Im still leaving your name and your technician names out. Best of luck to you and your company, just treat customers better.

We have a small family business. Many years ago our employee lost the key for the cash register draw, for I brought the whole draw there and the Korean guy only charged me for $25 which I thought was pretty reasonable. This time our store both safe were locked, so we immediately thought about them without doing any research, my husband called them for emergency service. The technician showed up at 6pm which I was really appreciated. He resolved the problem but when I looked at the bill, lord, $734 for about 1-1.5 hours labor because of OT. I honestly think this is way too expensive. Its kind of urgent but we can wait a couple of days if I know the price would be this high. My fault I should have asked the price, but I probably wont choose them ever again because fixing two safes costed me $1459. I will make sure to do some review search first.

I bright my key fob in to be programmed and they said they where not able to program it yet they charged me 46.00 to make a key I didnt ask for. They should have told me they couldnt program the key before assuming I wanted a spare key. I only asked to have my fob programmed. Will never use this service again!!!

Bait and switch. Locksmith came out, removed the cores of all locks in the house, put them in his van and *then* advised us that the price per lock *increased* by $25.00 each. We have a lot of doors so this was not acceptable. Locksmith was not trustworthy and tossed our cores on the floor and left my wife alone in a house that could not be secured - how ironic is that? We hired another locksmith to fix the problem. I do *not* recommend Baldino's. They are big and do not care about their customers.

We have had a terrible experience with Baldino's Lock and Key. Our first service appointment went fine the tech came and rekeyed our locks for $210. Within 4 weeks the lock he worked on broke. We ended up locked out of our house on a Friday night. We were charged $300 to get back in the house and then they left us with NO lock on our door because the tech didn't have the parts with him. It is now Wednesday and they have not come back to fix the lock nor have they called with any information about the parts. I called today to complain about the service and I was told the tech went on vacation. The office was not helpful in anyway to provide resolution to our problems. They would send someone else out to look at it, but at this point we are not going to pay for yet another expensive service call. We are out over $500 and our door does not have a working lock. After pricing the locks at home depot we could completely replace everything for less than $120 with all new equipment! Wish we would have done this from the start. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I cannot say about the actual service since I did not hire them, but when I called and told the customer service rep that I was locked out of my house and needed someone to come asap and open the door, she told me that they can schedule to come next Monday...ummm that will be almost a week later!!! I told the sales rep again that I need the door open today and then she said the latest that they can send someone was during the night time (after business hour?) and they will charge -overtime rate. I thanked the sales rep for her help and told her that I will try other places.

I needed a fancy laser cut key for a 2005 honda. Locksmith after locksmith told me they could not do it. I went into Baldinos and Billy at the front counter did it in less than 5 min. Awesome service. Over $200 cheaper than the dealer quoted.
