Very happy with the service received. A young man came within the 45 mins he said. He did a good job. My key was actually inside the room which was a puzzle at first, but it seems I locked it with the key to my other room. He fitted a new lock with a key that is completely different, so I wont be making that mistake again. Extremely satisfied.

Brilliant service would highly recommend. Locksmith arrived during the given time, on a bank holiday and during lockdown I was totally expecting a delayed service, but they were prompt. We were advised on what the issue was and given quotes for a worst and best case scenario depending on what needed replacing, we agreed to the quote the work was carried out really quickly and efficiently, in total he was with us around 25 minutes. He kept us updated throughout talking through what he was doing and let us know which quote would be applicable as soon as he could, also gave us some additional safety tips. I was trying to get another set of keys to my RV, just in case I lose them. So, I called My locksmith to see if he can make me another one and program it at his shop. The first thing he said was, did you call the last owner to see if they have them in their Kitchen Cabinets or hanging somewhere in their house... He works right out of a truck and genuinely cares about the property he's working on. I was locked out of my house and he carefully got me in with NO damages to my door. He even made a copy of my spare key right out of his truck!I had just got home from work when I realized I lost my key. I called around to other locksmiths and they were quoting me high prices before even looking at the kind of door knob I had. Amazing service! I needed a new key/remote for my aging VW. I was getting the remote to work made the controllers in the cargo nuts. The staff at Discount Locksmith went way above and beyond and found that the VW bug had a firmware bug that was truly a corner case, AND found a solution, AND spent a day fixing it at no charge! If they hadn't, it would have cost at least $1,000! Yay Discount Locksmith!

My fob for my Audi stopped working. The batteries had worn out. No big deal. I took it apart and replaced them. Still no go. I called the Audi dealership. I was going to have to set up an appointment to bring my car in for them to take a look. I was driving by Discount Locksmith and decided to see if they could help me. My locksmith did a quick check to make sure it was transmitting. He then took it out to my car and noodled with it there. Suddenly it started working. I said, 'How much do I owe you' Of course, he said, 'nada.' I think I found my lock guy. I was blown away!
