I contracted this company to repair a lock on a commercial door. After they finished the repair, I inspected the installation. All I can say is that the lock sounded like loose change in my pocket. It was so loose. I called the owner. He personally assured me he would put his lunch down and come right away. His place of business is on the same street that my business is located on. He never came. Please call a professional if you are in need of a locksmith. The service was nothing short of incompetence. I operate a daycare and it is paramount that my children and staff remain safe.

Came in this morning to get a set of keys for my new work truck. The truck was so new the new key blanks aren't out yet but they are attempting to get them for me. They did make me a valet key that fit the truck the first time. It was a nice little keystore with a wide variety of keys and antique locks go check it out

Awesome place first time in here needing to get a ignition lock rekeyed the one I had was not the same as the OE but they looked at it anyways but it was a no go but they took the time to check into it for me anyways will be back when I track down the right replacement. Makes an old car feel new again. I bought a couple of used cars with keys that were copies of copies so they did not work very well. Mark cut my keys to factory code and restored the functionality to them. Great work.

My boyfriend's truck is about 10 years old and his bike about five. We couldn't find keys for them anywhere online or in the hardware stores. The bike was even harder because so few people carry motorcycle keys. He visited Keywest this afternoon and they took care of both of his keys at once. I wish they worked weekends or one late night for those of us who work 8-5 but otherwise we will somehow manage to make it back.

The guy who i talked to on the phone was rude. I was looking for a $800-$1000 gun safe and he continue to tell me he only sells high end american safe and that he has nothing for that price and that they are all junk. So i asked him what do you recommend, then he continued to ignore me and kept telling me it's not worth it. I had to cut him off and say I'm open on price ranges but i need something good, then he just told me one safe to look at and just ignored me and hung up. I wish this guy had more respect for what the customer has to ask and just listen instead of thinking for the customer. If he would have listened I may have bought a $2,000 safe off him

I brought my auto keys to their shop at Holland twice now. One for my motorcycle and one for my car. Both work great! Quick and easy process. I highly recommend it to anyone. Also, they're a local shop. I tried those vending machines that duplicate keys for you and just got frustrated. Try this shop maybe you'll like them.

I brought my deadbolt lock with a key stuck in it to these guys this morning. In and out in under 20 minutes and both key and lock work better than they did before! Professional help, friendly atmosphere, and excellent work. This place just became my 'go to' place for everything locks and I will be passing the word on to friends and neighbors.

After wasting time and effort trying to get keys made at Home Depot and Lowe's (30-1 hour waiting at each place), I stumbled upon this place! I was a little worried because I assumed 'locksmith' would mean more money, but not with these guys! Within 10 min I had 6 shiny new keys!!!!! Including the keys that said 'duplication prohibited' and the keys the other two places couldn't even do. I was so happy! And after adding some cool key identification items, my grand total was $15.00. Never again will I go anywhere else to have a key made!!!! They were so friendly and helpful! And this is close to my house!

I tried having duplicate file cabinet key's made at at Lowes and Home Depot with no success, keys made by them would not work in the file cabinet locks. I stop by Keywest Lock & Safe and got duplicate keys made which work right with no problems. Highly recommend their service if you want duplicate keys done right and not waste your money.

The guy completely ignored us, the customer service was a total zero. We weren't even acknowledged. We had to leave after waiting 30 mins and the person who was supposed to be helping us didn't even attempt to say anything

The service at this place is horrendous. The guy working at this place did not do anything but complain and mumble words under his breath. Not only did he do this to me, he also did this to an old woman and a middle aged man. There is something seriously wrong with this guy. If you do not enjoy your job, then leave and find another job. Don't let the loyal customers suffer because you are unhappy. I'm still waiting as we speak, so far an hour and a half has passed. I would definitely go somewhere else if anyone nearby could do it.

Talked to some guy in the phone. Simple question do you guys sell locksmith tools he said well long as you have your dcjs okay fine I do have a dcjs and I am a licensed locksmith he then proceeded to say you have to have a business license as well which I never heard before I just needed to replace a simple pick tool I could easily order online but wanted to get it the same day and I work for a locksmith company which was none of his business he then said 'well that's where they're going to get you right there' who and what is going to get me?

I just wanted to share that i had a very bad experience with these guys, the literally robbed us blind! my wife locked her keys in the car by accident in town center, they quoted m wife $15 on the phone plus $35 to open the car and 15 minutes waiting time.Well! She waited 25 minutes, then they call back and tell her that they dont have a tech in the area!!!APPALLING!

If I could give less than one star, I would. For the past two months they have said 'we will be there ____ day.' Over $600 in checks already cut with their names on it and they have continued to brush us off.
