I moved into a new house and was amused when the previous owner handed me a baggie full of different keys for all the external doors (front door, back door, garage side door, shed door). I was planning to change the locks anyway for peace of mind, so I called around and got the best price quote and overall vibe from Arrow Lock. They were able to accommodate an appointment on short notice, and also assured me it was no problem to work around the moving company and cable installer who would be in/out of the house that day.Steve arrived on schedule and brought a delightful sense of humor. He was very personable as well as respectful of my home (I noticed he removed his shoes upon entry, even though I hadn't asked). In short order, Steve had all my locks revised to utilize one key. Brilliant! They even seemed to operate more smoothly than before. It was a huge relief knowing my home was safe and secure, plus super convenient only needing to carry a single key. As an additional bonus, the final invoice came in a little lower than the original quote.So pleased with Steve and Arrow Lock! I absolutely recommend their service.

Called and asked them about my key replacement and asked for a price. He gave me a quote that was the cheapest out of 3 other lock smiths I called. Not to mention I ran down to Ace hard ware to see if they could have cut my key and the referred Arrow Lock Smith to me. Easy to find, messy little shop [needs a womens touch and vacuum] but friendly, fast, busy, place. He got it done and no problems. My keys I purchased online worked great....he does have every key known to man there though. Next time I will just run down to him.

I can't say enough how awesome Arrow's customer service is! Bill helped us through a very difficult hardware issue related to a complex access control lock we had installed at our office. Long story short, the manufacturer sent us a dud lock that had issues after a few weeks of use -- Bill negotiated with his distributor and got a replacement lock for us in less than 24 hours during the height of the holiday season, and had it installed promptly so we could continue on with our work. Great service and a pleasure to work with!

I have two used moto guzzi saddle bags locked up tight with security locks & no keys. I went to four locksmith shops in seattle area regarded as the best & no one would touch the job they all said it would be to difficult to drill the locks without damaging the bags.I decided to try one more locksmith somewhere else I called Arrow in Bellingham Bill the owner said he thought he might be able to do the job. He looked at the bags took them in the back 20 minutes later walked out said here you go I couldn't believe it he took the locks out & put the new ones in without even drilling them perfect without a scratch Amazing ! This is a great local key shop! I had no keys for my locked vehicle, and they drove almost to Sandy point to unlock, and make a new key for my vehicle, in the snow! They did a great job and offer a TON of services! Can cut and program most car makes/models. I was very happy with their service.

Saved our trip. Our rental car keys got locked in the trunk and even when AAA opened the doors to the car, the trunk opener was locked due to the anti theft system. Once we got the key code from our rental company, Arrow cut a key in less than an hour. Moment of truth as this key was literally our only hope. The key fit in the the door keyhole, resetting the theft system and the trunk button then finally worked. They even followed up with us later in the day to make sure it got the job done.
