Really great experience. We had the entire tire fall off of our boat trailer on a blind corner. Our tow driver Jackson managed to safely get the boat and trailer on and off the flatbed without any further damage. It took a lot of skill and we were very impressed. I would highly recommend ASAP. My van suddenly stopped all electric functions in a local parking lot. I checked all 4 fuse boxes, the battery was only 2 months old so I figured it was a deeper problem needing a tow to the mechanic. Aaron was tasked to meet me at the van. He called to let me know his ETA and was there before I got there! I showed him the no power-no crank issue and that I had checked all the fuses. He said lets check the battery connections and even though it looked good-he was able to rotate the clamp on each terminal. He then reshaped the clamps for better contact and the van fired up no problem!! I was so happy! I offered him a tip for the great service but he asked for an online review instead. So here it is with my deep appreciation and thanks. As a single parent with only the one vehicle it meant everything to me to be able to get back on the road again. Thanks Aaron you kindly helped me when I needed it most.

So grateful for this company! I locked my keys- and my 2 year old- in my car this evening. The dispatcher was kind, sympathetic, and said they would get the closest driver out to me quickly - she even said she would call the owner if needed. Locked my keys in my car. My Allstate motor club said it would be approximately 60 minutes before they could be there. Everyone else was at least 90 minutes. I was so pleased when they showed up within 10 minutes. The young man was so polite and helpful and had my car door opened immediately. I'm very pleased and would completely recommend them.

As I'm driving down the I-5 late at night during a storm my car decided now would be the time to completely shut down. Now in on a shoulder with the barrier on one side and 60-70 mile per hour traffic on the other. I was stuck in my car with no power (hazard lights). State patrol referred me to these guys. After a very pleasant call with Matt, he assured me they'd get me out of there as soon as possible. After a short wait, joel showed up and got me and my car out of that dangerous situation. Super cool guys. I literally have nothing bad to say about the experience. They made my first car trouble experience easier to deal with. All I can say is these are the guys i'm calling first from now on.

Dan Mayer with ASAP Towing of Bellingham was a 10/10 kinda guy! He was super knowledgeable, very kind, absolutely helpful, and gives great conversation! He towed my car twice in one day and was jolly on the spot about it! I appreciated his company and kind caring manner in a stressful time for me. I would suggest this company to anyone who comes through the door. There are Super kind people at their office, they also track the driver and send you their location. You get a update of when they will be heading your way and when they will arrive! Makes things a lot less stressful in an already stressful time. You aren't wondering when they will be there cause you can see it for yourself. Hands down best employees/company I have worked with!

My car was attempted stolen and then found abandoned and impounded. ASAP was really helpful in the process of retrieving my car. Sad excuse for a business. At the duplex I live the parking lot fits 5 if you try, there are 7 people who live in the duplex combined. That means two of us are always out of a spot. Sometimes I park in a big parking lot that belongs to an apartment complex directly across an alley way from my parking lot when I couldnt get a spot, no more than 5 feet from where I usually park. Today some old bat who lives in said apartment complex called her heros over at ASAP Towing to come save the day. The reason for this tow was the old bat had come to the conclusion that my car had been abandoned in the apartment complex lot even though it had only been there for a week. It was there for a week because I car pool with my room mate to work so theres no need to use my p.o.s. car. After hearing of the incident from my room mate I call ASAP Towing. Upon talking to an employee at ASAP I found out one of two things. One is that they company came to same conclusion as the old bat. Being that my car had been abandoned in this lot even though they had no idea of the situation that was going on. The second thing I learned was that this company has no morales. The way I leaned this was pretty quick so if you dont believe me I understand. What really made me realize this was when asking what I could do to assure this wouldnt happen the employee responded with nothing. Apparently any parking lot owner or TENANT who has a sign posted in their parking lot is able to call a towing company and have a vehicle towed. Now where do you think people get these towing signs? From the towing company thats where, they literally go around handing these out for free. They hand these out for free so some old bat can get a college students car towed because he in the wrong spot for a few days. These people try to sympathize with you and tell you I know its messed up but at the same time jump at ANY opportunity to tow a vehicle. ASAP Towing is just exploiting unjust legislations that allow towing companies to do things like this. Im not asking you to take the food out of your childrens mouths lady at the front desk but why not just have some decency self thought when approaching situations like this. Why not help the person who wants a tow to contact the other owner of the vehicle first? You guys showed up believed literally every word from an old bat and just took my car. Now Im out $300 that wouldve gone towards holiday gifts for my family. No morals no consideration for other people besides themselves and their big lifted diesel trucks that the owner and Im sure everyone of his employees revive after they get their first heartless tow that ruins the lives and pockets of everyday people.

From the reception to the extremely quick service- hands down the best experience Ive had with a few towing company in Bellingham. If I ever want my car towed, be it consensual (or not) I would want it to be ASAP especially when compared the other large towing company in bham.

Just enjoyed outstanding service. In addition thoughtful reception and promptly getting to my location, the tow truck driver helped me avoid the high winds and hail while he hooked up the vehicle. He then offered to drive me to my place, and then my car in the parking lot, to avoid the ugly weather. His pleasant attitude was unwavering, and having twice used ASAP, they will be my first call for future towing needs! Thank you!

The ASAP driver helped me out of a snowy culvert this morning (2/12, Bellingham Snowpocalypse Part II) and was courteous, had a great sense of humor (despite my predicament), and was there within 15 minutes of me calling dispatch. Also, his rig is one of the coolest trucks I've seen -- that F550 is a beast!

Wow great service! The gentleman on the phone was very kind and willing to unlock my friends car. We called a different locksmith and when we told him the make of the car he told immediately denied trying to unlock the car, so it was great to have them drive to our location.
