We needed 3 copies of a key made. We went to Fred Meyer, big mistake. We have made this mistake before but will never make it again. I googled places near where we live and came up with the Wise Locksmith in Mill Creek. FANTASTIC! Michael said they guarantee their keys will work (and they did) and their price was good and he even gave us a 10% discount because we needed 3 keys. Personable and really efficient, done in just a couple of minutes. Highly recommend! Thanks Michael!

Best locksmith in the area! I locked my self out of my apartment. Chris was incredibly nice and from when I called he got here fast! He opened my door and offered to re-key since my key was lost. Got the entire thing done fast and with amazing quality! The new lock even opens more smoothly than the old one! I tend to be a person who gets locked out frequently I will be calling Wise next time something happens no doubt!

Michael at Wise Locksmith was not only kind and extremely patient he was Amazing! My key broke off in my ignition. He quickly got the key end out and made me a replacement within for my doors within 5 minutes. He could of truly told me he wasnt able to make a new key, mine was broken into 2 pieces. Instead he saved me a lot of money and I couldnt appreciate him more. I will get ALL if my keys done here and I recommend you do the same!

Chris really went the extra mile to help me out! Experienced, fast, programmed new key job for less than every other bid I got in the area (I called 5). Highly recommend! *tip - if youve lost your keys and dont have a spare, just have your insurance tow your car to Chris at Wise Locksmith. I saved over $100 off the quote for just the key that I got from my insurance and saved additional $50 by having it towed instead of roadside.

One of the best places to go for everything to do with locks. Had recently bought Mazda 3 vehicle that only came with a single key fob. I came in with a few questions about their services as the Mazda dealer wanted nearly 300 dollars for a replacement. My questions were quickly answered with no pressure to spend any money. The locksmith even recommended a couple of places to get blank discount keys to be brought and cut on site. After leaving and coming back I had decided to order the replacement key through the locksmith. He said it would take a few days and that he was already going to order some so I wouldnt have to prepay for the key fob!It did take a couple days longer than what was said for the key to arrive. However when they did arrived, I received a friendly call. Went in to cut and program the keys. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes. I was out a driving again with another key fob!Truly great service here. I highly recommend coming here.

This company screwed me. Brought in a simple locking gas cap to key and they messed it up and gave it back to me useless and had to throw it away. They should have been upfront with me and told me they don't do that type of work.

My big surprise he didnt charge me because no work to break the lock he say just thank you is my charge. He didnt charge me to drive my home. Busted Front Door Dead BoltHad a broken front door dead bolt. I started to take it apart and knew I was in way over my head. I called Chris and he was out within 20 minutes and done within 15. Quick, professional, complete service. Do not call anyone else, call Chris first!

I can only say wonderful things about Wise Locksmith -- from when I spoke with Chris, the owner on the phone to Michael, the technician that came to my home. Because of the courtesy, professionalism and all around kindness during my time of duress, I would recommend these guys to everyone. I had a dog locked in room that was accessible by Schlage connected keypad lever lock and the battery had died (without warning) and the back up keys were lost. Michael was dispatched and arrived in short time, picked the lock, rekeyed the lock and made two new back up keys, all in under an hour! My nephew is a locksmith in another state and I said to Michael as he was leaving, that I hoped people are as pleased with my nephew's work as I was with his. Wise Locksmith is also very fair with their prices and give you the cost upfront.

Mike was able to make our appointment early, was very personable and easy to work with, and the job was done before my originally scheduled appointment! He was very professional, and took the time to educate me on the various locksmith scams, which I had been unaware of. If all the employees of Wise Locksmith are as nice as Mike, you can't go wrong using this company.

These guys are fantastic. Not only are they on time and courteous, they know what they are doing and they are creative when run into a problem. They installed a deadbolt on my garage-to-house door and set up a new Schlage smart lock on the front door. Michael from Wise Locksmith was courteous, professional and very helpful. Found this place because it was open on Saturday and I had a locking gas cap stuck on my Volvo (lost the key). I drove over to their shop and for only $32 (including tax) I had it off my car and could go on a trip. I will go back to get mail key and front door key copied as well.

I found a replacement fob online (without the chip) but was really uncomfortable trying to move the chip from one fob to another.These folks were fantastic. So friendly and knowledgeable. They even fixed the mechanical lock on the car (which had gotten stuck). I have a new locksmith--these will be the first folks I call!

My older car (95 Nissan 240SX SE) is known for having notoriously thin/brittle keys that often break off in the doors/ignition. I came to Wise Locksmiths with my passenger door and trunk with key chunks in them, and with it being a coupe, I only had one door left.I was afraid Id have to have my door and trunk locks replaced and that it would cost a fortune.I called them up and they said to swing by anytime as it wouldnt take too long to fix.They easily fished them out in less than 15 minutes ($25) and they made me 3 butter smooth keys that they tested on all my doors and ignition ($15). So only $45 total. Totally worth it! And they were very professional and kind.Im moving to LA next week so wont be able to go back I think, but Im highly recommending them to all my family and friends for any key/lock-related problems. Thank you!

My 2000 Land Rover Discovery key was cracking. The dealership wanted almost $1000 dollars for a new key and ignition replacement. I just needed a simple key cut. Chris was referred to me by a customer of his who recommended him very highly. I called him to replace a front door deadbolt that I thought had been damaged. After a quick moment studying the lock Chris knew what the issue was, and a minute later it was fixed! No need for new hardware. He made the trip out to Shoreline from his office near Thrasher's Corner, repaired the lock, and didn't charge me! It's hard to find good folks like Chris, I highly recommend him.

Our neighbor locked herself out of her house and she had to get into a cab to go to the airport in the next few minutes. We called the Wise locksmith and they were at our within 10 minutes and they were able to get the door to open in 15 minutes. Quick and neat work. She was able to make it to the airport on time.

Chris was extremely helpful in a desperate situation. I called him out because my friend lost his key on his Lexus. Chris has the tools to reprogram the computer and make a new key. Wow what a great locksmith. I live in Olympia and my mother lives in Lynnwood. We thought she lost the fob (which she has done a couple of times before) for her Prius. None of the fobs she had worked. We put a new batteries in all of them, but none worked. So I arranged for Wise locksmiths to go to her car and program a fob to fit her car. Again, I'm arranging all of this from 85 miles away on the phone. They discovered her car battery was dead, despite the fact that we had just spent over $200 for a new battery at Toyota. In any case, they got someone to charge her car and found that an existing fob then worked. They could have taken us to the cleaners, but they were honest and professional in the several interaction I had with them. I am totally impressed.

Someone attempted to steal my vehicle with a screwdriver and broke it off in my ignition. I called 2 dispatch locksmiths prior to Wise. The first technician did no work said he'd need to do some research and come back. An hour later the dispatch told us he can't help us. The second tech we called never even showed up. We called Wise Locksmith out and they were timely and professional. The technician was able to drill out my damaged ignition and give me great information to save money sourcing my own part. The new ignition was rekeyed and ready for pickup an hour after I dropped it off. I am so glad to have my vehicle working and the folks at Wise were a pleasure to work with! Thank you!
