More expensive than most places, the guy couldnt open the door...was working on it for 25 minutes. He opened the trunk on accident so I put the seats down myself and crawled in there and got the keys. Not to mention both the front doors seem damaged from trying so many times to pump the doors open.

I locked my keys in my car before work the other day. I tried to unlock the door myself but couldn't get it open. Spent about 45 mins trying to get the door unlocked.Finally, I called Zip Locksmith. The lady on the phone was polite and friendly. She got my name and address and then sent out a locksmith.The guy got there in 10-15 mins, asked where my keys were (I assume to make sure it's my car), and got to work. He opened my car in like 2 mins! I was very impressed.The price is a bit high up there, but I was in a pinch and couldn't waste any time. It's worth the price if you need it! Highly recommend!

Need to be clear on the pricing. They know what they are going to charge u but say it has to be in person just to get the fee, then tell you its going to cost way more then it should

Get pricing up front!! My suggestion would be to have all information gathered before you call including brand names and types of existing locks so you can get an accurate quote before they come out. Great marketing company, advertise cheap service fee to get them out there. Re-keyed front door deadbolt only and replaced existing locking garage door knob with very cheap model. 195.00. What are you going to do once they come out, send them away..? They got you. Get accurate pricing up front.

Quoted on phone $50-60. Tech onsite said$149 + $29 service fee! $29 just because he came to the location. Its a scam to get you to overpay because your stuck.

Excellent service. Mike was an absolute professional and was able to get me entry very quickly. I highly recommend this locksmith service. I have dealt with 2 other locksmith companies in the past that have overcharged me and provided less than satisfactory service. Hopefully I never get locked out again but if I do, Ill definitely hire Zip locksmith .

I wouldnt give these people any stars! They scammed my boyfriend and I. They were supposed to fix the lock on my truck and they destroyed it. They claimed we had a refund coming in the mail and its been 6 months..... I went to where the business is and they are closed! Do not use this service!

I called and asked did they cut car keys. She asked what was the make and model. I said Bmw 528i. She said no one will cut the key except the dealer. Its just a blank and its cut the same way Honda cuts their keys(inverted). Ive had a non Bmw place cut a key for me on my older Bmw before and they never said I needed to take it to Bmw. I will happily travel back to the same place and get it cut again.
