Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I had to get my Blazer from Kenmore to Lynnwood during rush hour as it suddenly just didn't start. Even after my own diagnostics, the engine wouldn't turn over. Doug arrived promptly in our crowded cul-de-sac and, within a couple of beats, was on his way with my Blazer firmly attached to his tow truck. Incredibly friendly, reliable, and carried on a conversation without pause as he secured the SUV.Got it to the lot in under 10 minutes and the mechanics had the time to do a full sweep & cured the culprit. I recommend Doug's to anyone looking for a quick tow to your mechanic. When all else fails, he will not.

Best in town. Promised me 20 minutes but he got here 5 minutes earlier. He even helped and coach me what to do next time when a similar situation happen to my motorcycle. Very friendly and professional. 100%would recommend. He towed my bike from my apartment to a bike shop 10 min away.

Doug's Affordable Towing. If you don't have AAA this is the company to call. Honest, reasonably priced and very concerned about getting you and your vehicle safe. Doug called to keep me informed of his timing and showed up early. He was a master of the tow truck and placement. I called them to tow a second vehicle to a repair shop and that went very well. Just follow their instructions for keys and ownership issues. A small, first class towing business that doesn't overcharge when you're stuck. I will use them again.

I called to get a quote for towing my car and not only was it the cheapest I had found, he was SUPER nice. He knows both places and the employees and is going to take care of it all for me. All I have to do is wait for the call from the auto shop letting me know it's fixed and ready to be picked up! It's been a very stressful week and my car breaking on top of it was almost the straw that broke the camel's back, but just that one call to Doug's has given me a huge sigh of relief.

I want to give a serious shout out to Andrew who came out after hours to pick up our vehicle and take it to the shop. I found Andrew punctual, extremely polite, thorough, and excited about his job. This was Saturday evening at 7:30 pm to in Lake Stevens, and he took our car to Everett and dropped it off along with a follow up a call, reassuring me that my vehicle was in place and the keys were left in the key box. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone who happens to be in a pickle.

LOCKED OUT OF A RENTAL CARI'm in Everett, visiting from CA, & mistakenly locked the keys to the rental car inside of it. I'm stranded here in an unfamiliar city & found Doug's on Google (other company's were closed on Sunday). I called them & was pleased to hear they would help me with my Enterprise rental. They arrived about 15 minutes later, just like they said and quickly opened the car door & the process was very quick. The driver was professional and kind. We used Doug's to have my wife's car towed from Everett to our mechanic in Lynnwood. The driver (Troy) showed up within a half-hour. He was driving a well-marked, squeaky clean tow truck. The driver was polite, thorough in his preparation and care for my wife's car to be towed: a professional in every sense. I was also pleasantly surprised at the cost for towing it 11 miles. The car safely and quickly arrived at its destination. At the end of the day, I felt like I was treated with concern for my situation and got a fair price for great service. I could not give a stronger recommendation to Doug's Affordable Towing.

I had a tow scheduled for noon on 12/11/18. Noon came & went with no sign of the tow truck. At about 12:15 PM I called Doug & left a message. Doug called back within 10 minutes & apologized profusely for the missed appointment. It was a mistake. He had left the notes from our phone conversation in his other tow truck. Stuff happens when you're super busy. I get it. But what's important to me is how the screw up is handled. That's what makes the difference.If the roles were reversed I would have handled it exactly as Doug did. Major league kudos & 5 stars for a job done efficiently & effectively.

I've had my car towed multiple times, but out of all those experiences this one was probably the best. Doug was very responsive, showed up in a timely manner, and was very professional and efficient. Plus the rates are cheaper than a lot of other companies. I have nothing bad to say about this company.

I was not looking forward to dealing with a tow truck because in my experience all tow companies are vultures. I called up Doug for a quote after a recommendation from my mechanic. I then called several other nearby tow companies and none of them were near as affordable as Doug.Doug showed up a bit later than expected but because of the nature of the business I don't fault him for it. He was super cheerful despite the terrible weather he had been enduring all day. He asked me about my car problems, expressed genuine sympathy, cracked a few jokes, and was able to engage in a normal conversation in a very human way. He was able to make what is often a miserable experience into something much more pleasant and bearable.These simple things should not be taken for granted. They are not guaranteed in many customer service industries.I still think most tow companies are vultures but I will always recommend Doug for anyone in the future.Edit on 12/31/18Just used them a second time and this time a different driver showed up. Same great service.

This is my first time calling a tow truck. Im pretty scare and dont know what to do. Mark arrived within an hour. He seems very honest and professional to me. Its really calm my nerve. And the price is very affordable too. Even though I honestly do not want to call a tow truck again, but if I did, I definitely would call this company again. Great experience!
