I call these people up and they tell me a straight forward price of 125$ and they were able to come to me and make it from the truck they came in. They are awesome!

Absolute crooks. My parents locked themselves out of their house so I called Elite Locksmiths because of the high ratings. They were an hour and a half late due to one of the drivers having a flat tire, and then only calling a new driver when the first driver had a second car issue. They quoted me at $65 to start and then charged my parents $140 for a15 second job, ultimately settling at $100 because my parents argued that they were an hour and a half late. When I tried to call the company after my parents told me this, the person who answered was extremely combative and rude, telling me that that was a reasonable price as he had told me from the start that they start at $65. Call them at your own risk.

It's one of those services you hope you will never need to use, but that's life and sometimes you get stuck.The house door key got stuck and then broken inside the lock and had no way to be used again, great adventure for almost a 100 degrees day, ha?Anyway, I called and they got there really quick, the lock was replaced and brand new set of keys was given. great service, great work, and great price!Hope not to use you again, but if I'll get stuck, you're the one I'm calling!!!

i called and the dispatch said that a technician would call me soon. a couple of minutes later i got a call, the technician said he would be here in about 90 minutes, he ended up arriving about 30 minutes late but being about 5pm and i live off Meridian this is understandable. Phillip came in, told me the options and informed me that he would have to make the side holes bigger because of the locks in the door. he was completely finished in about 30 minutes. great service and very professional. i would definitely recommend them.

**Edit**After posting my initial review (below) they contacted me offering to make it right. They gave me the option of a partial refund and sending a different technician to fix it, or a full refund. I opted for a full refund in return for this edit. So, credit to them, they did make up for it as best they could after the fact.**Edit**The technician I had was named Tal. So I called and was told about 25 minutes. He hadn't shown, I called back, was told about another 25 minutes. I called back AGAIN. He finally showed a full hour later than I was initially told. He did a poor job installing the new deadbolt (a screw won't even stay in the top part); took forever; left a mess; even had to borrow a tool from me. Told me checking the front door handle was going to be another $25 dollars (despite having been told earlier over the phone that would be included in the quoted price range of $99-150); he couldn't fix it and STILL charged me $10 for that 'service' (after borrowing an Allen wrench from me that apparently he, a supposed professional, didn't have).While he was working I also listened to him lie to another customer about how long he'd be over his phone, including 'I'm already on the way' and 'just about 10 more minutes', neither of which were true. Actually overhead the other potential customer call back a third time as well, to tell him not to bother at that point. Wish I would've done the same.Finally when it came time to pay he told me he could do cash or credit card, but when I showed him my card without raised numbers he said he said he'd need to take a picture of both it and my ID per 'company policy' - would have been nice to have been informed of this over the phone before he finally showed up and did the work! The end amount was also more than I was quoted. At this point I'm more than ready to throw him out (I did pay), only to try opening the front door to find he never bothered to make sure the handle was reinstalled properly, as the handle flew across the room. He tried to offer to put it back at which point I told him I'd do it myself.I had initially called early enough that, had he arrived when he quoted me, all of this should've been taken care of by the time my wife was supposed to get home on Friday night so we could do our usual date night. He ruined that, as by the time he finally left it was too late for dinner.
