Thanks for helping. All we did was called and ask for suggestions or if you service installing locks for a business. We don't know what lock is needed and you came at is like 'what if you go to a car salesman and ask for a car' then started laughing at us. We came to you for help and guidance in what lock is recommended for a business not to get humiliated. If we know what is needed or 'the correct term' then we would tell you exactly what it is.

Fast and friendly service! I was in such a hurry when I first posted this. I failed to mention that I actually had two encounters with All Points. My daughter locked her keys in her car and All Points was there within 20 minutes! The technician was super friendly and had the car open in no time! When I went in to the office on Monday the same technician helped us get a spare key made and was very helpful and friendly! I will use this business for any of my future key, locks or safe needs!

Do not advertise that you are a full service lock smith when you cannot work on a simple motorcycle fork lock. I called looking for prices on getting my motorcycle fork lock unlocked because there appeared to be something in it which was keeping my key from bottoming out. The person who took the call states 'All we can do for motorcycles is make keys, if you have a key, then we cant help you.' And then could not give any suggestions as to a locksmith that might be able to do the job. False advertising, since a full service locksmith should have been able to at least clean out the lock or remove it, and poor customer service. Do not use this service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Brought in a remote entry fob and key blank for a spare for my truck. While they will not guarantee items you bring in, they were very professional and helped get my spare set working. In the future i will simply get my spares from them as opposed to ordering one on-line (now that i am aware they carry most fobs and keys in house).

Terrible service!! Don't use this company. The gentleman wouldn't even let me talk on the phone, he just kept telling me he wouldn't do the work. So pretty much just said no to new business and a new client.

Poor management-I had a key made at this shop for my vehicle due to it being worn out. The key has a chip that must be programmed to match the vehicle. I had this done while I was out and about and did not have my spare key and valet key with me. A few minutes later the tech made and programmed the new key. He said to bring the spare keys back and they will program them at no charge, then noted on the receipt I was coming back. When I returned a different tech was working the counter, I told him about the situation and he happily reprogrammed the spare keys. During the few minutes he was programming the keys the manager walks in while on the phone, dealing with an obviously unhappy customer and proceeds to have heated conversation on the phone in front of me. Shortly after, the tech comes in and sends me on my way. As I am leaving the manager walks up to my vehicle and knocks on my window. I rolled it down and the manager proceeded to rant at me how reprogramming a key is not a free service and then scolds the employees in front of me in the parking lot. He continues to scold the employees then stated this isnt my fault and no payment is necessary. I will not be returning to them for any services due to the very unprofessional behavior. The managers policy and procedure issues with the employees are not the customers problem, deal with it on your time. The employees on the other hand were very professional, swift, and well mannered.

You will get what you need at a great price with very a knowledgeable owner. He got my key fixed in a jiffy and I was right as rain in about ten minutes no problem. However the owner isn't very polite and has no issues about loudly complaining about customers and employees alike. He's very good at what he does, he just needs some people skills.

Good, honest people are hard to come by. A signed check for $100 that I had received for my birthday escaped from my car. Since it was signed I figured that I had just lost $100. I was shocked when the check was mailed back with the return address being All Points Locksmith. Thank you so very much for your honesty!! Wow! I am flabbergasted and truly grateful! Needed 2 keys made since mine were 'missing'. Amazing customer service over the phone, my quote was $75 dollars less than mounts and i didnt have to go to the dealership for a pin code. Charlie did a great job and was insanely quick and able to get the job done right. Final price was less than the quote and i got a spare key w/o chip at no extra cost. These guys are the ones to call.

So... Im a non-customer whos giving these folks a 5 star rating. How and why would I do this and what qualifies me to rate this company if Im not a customer? Let me explain. Im from Lake Stevens WA. Its a good 4 hour drive on a good day. I drove to this lovely area (Richland) to attend my childs speech and debate tournament. I drove in a 1994 Saturn LS2. I got it for a steal and it has low miles. On Friday night, I stuck the key in the ignition and it turned it to ACC from which it has never moved since. Its still stuck there! I cant move it, turn it, start the car nor turn off the power! Just want I needed!! So, on Saturday morning, a friend of mine who just happens to live 5 minutes away from where the car sits (I work with him and am amazed at my luck) came to help me with his tools. We got access to the steering wheel column but could still not release that stupid key!Looking for someone to help me via my iPhone, I called All Points Locksmith! To cut this story short: the part is not available anymore. But, the tech whos name I dont have helped me locate a part inside the car that would start the car! Im now unstuck and do not need to tow this car four hours away saving me a ton of money. So: Im NOT a customers but I can tell you that these guys have my loyalty! If I EVER need a locksmith type of service in a car or otherwise and Im anywhere within hours of this place, Im coming here. Their kindness and time meant so much to me -its counter cultural.
