Horrible place will never go their again save your money an go to sprint or t mobile to get your phone fixed they can actually make them water proof again. I got my s9 fixed their 10 days ago after being told over the phone that it was going to be water proof after fixing. The Direct manager called me a liar an hung up the phone after I just paid 300$ for a noveltie item because a new screen won't fix the hard ware damage done to the phone from it fall in water for not even 5 seconds. Go someplace else an save you're money. I'd rate 0 star i qould.

It's easy to give this place a high rating. They have installed new batteries in 3 Iphones for me and all have been as good as original. They take rechargeable batteries for recycle. I have always had good results from any battery purchased here. The staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. Good place to purchase LED bulbs also.

Employee was friendly, courteous. Store is clean, well lite, easy to see from street. Driveway omes up real quick if south bound due to speed & traffic. His knowledge was mid level as I was looking for a blub for a fairly old microwave oven. After a bit of research they did have an item that did work.

Fast and friendly service on the batteries and lightbulbs I can't find elsewhere. I came in with the Mrs. recently to replace a bulb in her glitter desk lamp that has an odd socket type. No problem. I knew they had batteries for my blood glucose meter. They didn't have a battery for my Umx phone, but since it's cheap and goverment subsidized, I don't expect much there.I've come here for laptop, backup power supply, and pocketwatch batteries. They don't mark up the price as much as electronic stores do and know who OEMs are for various devices, letting you avoid brand name pricing. I could go cheaper and order online from China, but would wait far longer with minimal customer service. Much easier to drive 10-15 minutes to get things immediately and get some installation help, too, if I need it. On another trip, an employee took out a multimeter and tested the charge on my BG meter button cell batteries, and let me know the voltage spec to check for if I wanted to do it on my own. They'll provide technical details for the tech savvy, in other words, which is a definite plus in my book.

Our daughter had shattered her iphone screen many, many times. We have gone here at least 3 times in the last couple of years. Were pleased with each repair. The price is reasonable and they had our color and iPhone screen in stock. They got it fixed that same day and pretty quick. I do recommend this cell phone repair shop. The guys that work there are very friendly. Must also add, these guys fixed a screen that Best Buy said they couldn't work on. Thank you for saving our iphone screen everytime my daughter shatters it!

Went in 2 Sundays in a row to have a key made that I had pre-paid for and ordered 3 weeks ago. Told twice they could not make my key. Some song and dance about 'training' people and having to close at 5 p.m. The second Sunday direct quote, 'who told you we could make a key on a Sunday?' Don't slip on the floor at 4 p.m. when they start mopping and getting ready to close at 5.

I needed batteries for my scissor lift and even though they could not be looked up by application, I was able to use the measurements list online to find the correct batteries. By ordering online also saved $$. Staff was very helpful, shortly after placing the online order they called to let me know they did not carry the quantity I needed but were able to get them very quickly.

Twice in a row phone screen was faulty and the second time didnt have a warranty. First time the screen started flashing on the lower half and strained my eyes, came in and had screen fixed for free but a month later the display for the screen had dead pixels in a large portion in the middle. Overpriced phone repair that doesnt even last a month. Never coming back.
