Customer service was excellent. All of the other hardware stores that I tried to get my keys made at said they couldn't make them. Mounts had them made in less than 5 minutes and they work perfectly!

Needed a fob for my '14 Rav4. Bought the key from walmart website and came here since their price for programming is about half of that other compeditors around. Although they werent able to get the remote buttons to work, they did try three times. I have a key blade/chip that works for less than $90 total. Would have been nice to get a fob fully programmed but I felt that these guys were trustworthy and nice to work with

I locked my keys in my service truck, they came out in less than half an hour. The poor guy broke his favorite pick trying to pick the lock so he opted to make a key on the spot. Took about 10min tops and he got my doors unlocked. The custom made key is almost identical to the original key and he let me keep it. Great quality and value, very professional and very fast service (the guy on the phone said they'd be about 30-45min to get here and it was actually closer to about 20min). Prices are very fair/honest/competitive. Call these guys you wont be disappointed!

We were able to find a spare key after calling to schedule a locksmith. They had not arrived yet. When I called to cancel, I offered to pay for their driving out, but they declined taking payment for the cancelled service. It was late and I am sure it was a hassle to start their drive out. They just won a loyal client! Really enjoyed dealing with this professional group.

Very friendly staff at this family owned small local business. Great customer service with very knowledgeable staff that are good at what they do. If you get locked out need a key made to buying a new padlock this should be a place you call or consider.

Thanks for helping me when my door jammed and I couldnt get out my garage door. I called and let them know what was wrong and they said someone would get a hold of me later that day. I did not have to wait long and a friendly locksmith was over and repaired my lock. I was happy.

This is supposed to be the best key maker on Planet. Never ever had a problem with a key. I was given a key so wide it didn't fit in my doorknob. I can barely climb the stairs disabled to go back and get one. Sad.

Had all the doors in our new home relocked (tumblered). Mount's came out the same day I contacted them, they were very thorough, and corrected the previous occupance attempted repair to one door.I'm very happy with Mount's work. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

Friendly & fast service, and fair prices! They saved me when I locked my key in the car. It cost only $70 AND they came out in a snowstorm for me. It took them about an hour to get to me, which is fair considering the bad weather and the fact it was a Saturday morning, and then less than a minute to get the actual car door open. Chris was personable and kind- thank you Mounts! I highly recommend.

Much better than All Points Locksmith. Honest and straightforward about what they can and can't do. They helped me get in my car after the airline lost my keys. I did have to get a blank key from the dealer, but Mounts told me that before doing any work on my car. Would gladly recommend over All Points Locksmith - you can read my review of how APL cost me 8 hours if you want.

By far the best locksmith in the Tri-Cities. They were able to make keys for a 50 year old motorcycle after the keys were lost. No key to duplicate, they made it from scratch.

Dave and Lonnie delivered, installed and set up my newly purchased gun safe to my home. Considering how heavy and awkward these safe's can be they were extremely carful not to damage the safe or anything in my home. They were very professional and their rates are reasonable. I highly recommend Mount's. They do it right.

Have always had good luck with them for keys, and breaking into our safe, twice, when the lock failed. The last time in though, one of the two keys didn't work. This is why I stopped going to the big box stores. Normally you stop in at Mounts, and you're dobe. The cut looks correct, just the key is physically shorter then the original. I know they'll make it right, so no worries there. Only 4 stars due to the price of some keys. They also do house calls and work on safes. The staff have always been very helpfull.

Not happy called them at 4 Was told it would be 55 dollars then they said that they couldn't get anyone to me until after 5 so that would be after hours and 75 dollars. What ??? Used another lock company they were right there 50 dollars and no hassles

They made a key from a number that the Hyndia dealership gave but the keys were not completely right. I did get two keys for twenty five dollars but neither on of them works very well. They drag and they wont open the door or trunk easily or not at all. Don't recommend them from my experience

Absolutely fabulous! All I wanted was a doorkey to my 2018 Toyota Tacoma Truck. I took my key to Lowes and was told they couldnt not make a key because I had to new of a truck. I called Toyota and they said they only make the keys that have the electrical part that starts the truck when you put the key in the ignition. I told Toyota I only want a door key so if I accidentally lock my key in the truck And can open the door and use my original key to drive the truck. Toyota said they dont make just cheap door keys. So I asked them how much a key was and they said, Without the door lock option, just to open the door and drive the truck, is $108. I drove to Mounts lock and the guy had a door key cut for me in less than 1 minute for $3.50. He saved me $104.50. The key worked perfectly for opening my truck door.

I was in to get a copy of a key that had broken off a fob. I showed up with no appointment or prior contact and they still had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I saved $100+ getting my key cut on my new fob with these guys as opposed to a dealership. I'll definitely be coming back for my key needs in the future.

The man was 30 minutes late to the appointment he charged me $60 for opening the door with his debit card which I could have done myself. I didn't want to mess up my door which is why I avoided that technique. But hey I guess that works. This place was not professional at all. What really ticked me off is that he had the audacity to charge me for that. It's about morality and fairness so I guess thank you for opening my door but dont expect a referral from me again. Have a great day. If any one you need a more detailed review I have a professional page feel free to reach out. Dont do business here. I'm a marketing director myself. I would not recommend to do business with someone with this morality.
