Had a mid 90s General Motors VATS security car and was missing a key. Anyone familiar with this security system knows you have to pay a locksmith for about 3 hours to try to figure out what transponder chip works. Jim knew my frustration and offered to let me 'rent' the 14 different transponder keys to avoid paying him $300+ for him to wait 20 mins in between key attempts. Found the right key with much patience and brought it back with the ignition cylinder and he had a working cut key in less than 15 minutes. This guy is the best and would happily bring him more business! His prices are really good as well!

Every small business could take lessons from this guy. Understand it is a one-man show so he isn't always in the shop. If you need a key made it is best to call ahead because he may be out rescuing someone locked out of their car. But he will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I had an oddball key for a motorcycle with locking bags and trunk. He stuck with it and finally customized something that would work. Then he didn't charge me because it wasn't a 'perfect' solution. Well, it worked fine and it got me out of a pinch. You don't often find that kind of integrity any more. Needless to say, I insisted and paid him anyway. It was a small token especially considering how much time and skill he put into it. Give this guy your business, you won't be disappointed.

Called and asked if they could make a key that was broken, the gentleman said yes to bring the pieces down. I went down with my broke key and it literally took him 2 minutes and I was all set. Got home and turned my motorcycle on and opened the fuel tank like a charm, Was also very inexpensive.

Was blown away by this place. I'm a disabled Vet and my motorcycle gas tank had been stuck shut for a month. I barely had enough gas to get to the locksmith. It took about 20 minutes and I had 2 working keys, the locksmith surprised me when I asked what the damage was and he stuck his hand out to shake mine and said 'Thank you for your service. That was the 2nd time in 17 years of being an amputee that anyone has shown that kindness to me. I wish I would have caught his name to thank him properly.
