I will be calling management in the morning when they open. I have never been so disrespected in my life and I am beyond the point of furious with the people u employ . All I can say is do not go to this company for unlocking a door. Car. Anything. I am not the type to leave bad reviews or talk ill of someone but tonight I have never gotten so angry while dealing with a locksmith employee.

The kid was nice enough. $220 just seems like a lot to just pick a simple 5 pin deadbolt on a house. I was expecting maybe in the $80-120 range. I'd expect this type of price for maybe a double sided car key at midnight. Or least for a key to be made. I think next time I'm just going to go to Home Depot, buy a new lock and drill the old one out. If this is a standard rate for this service, I'll never call a locksmith, any locksmith, ever again. Total ripoff.I also notice how, of the +300 reviews there are 4 single star reviews and the rest are 5 star wow reviews with nothing in between. Also I notice how the only reviews that seem to have responses are 1 star reviews.

I called, trying to get some help with a cabinet lock. I told whoever answered that I could bring it in for someone to look at and she told me that there was no one in the shop and everyone was out in mobile vans. I told her that wasnt a big deal to me; I could come to them and just meet someone back at the shop. She told me that was impossible; I would have to request someone to come to me where the cabinet was.I explained that I had the lock in my car with me, disassembled from the cabinet; the dispatcher repeated that I couldnt come to the shop even though I made it clear I was in my car down the road from their shop. I asked her what the solution was and she told me that she could take my number and let me know when someones available. Its been a week with no call back.

I am giving them a chance to be honest and return money there tech took me for he wouldn't take debit or credit he held my keys in his silver Prius and followed me to atm at end of block at which time after handing him 280 did I realize he didn't do one of the things I was charged 179.00 for if they make it right by returning money I borrowed to begin with and to top off didn't get or even ofsgf tfered a receipt I am a single mom living on 400 amth cash and 355 fd stamps and they steal 179.00 from me and I am playing cat and mouse to get it returned I give them till 530pm tonight to return my cash or g onna contact my dad's friend mr Bob Ferguson our state attorney general and as well as the bbb and each and every social media online and contact news Tribune and the police department this will slander your company to the ground .I am very upset disappointed also I am contacting Jesse Jones consumer awareness I am giving this company till 530 to return my 179.00

My doorknob was barely broken, and I ended up paying $89 for installation, $29 for parts, and $11 tax. All the 'parts' I got were 2 screws and a bolt I could have gotten for $15 at home depot. Moreover, the 'installation' was just using a drill to put the doorknob on the door. Took literally 45 seconds. $129 for three small, cheap parts and to slap a doorknob on a door is unimaginable. I had asked over the phone before they even arrived roughly how much the service would cost, and they refused to give a straight answer; now I know why.
