Would not duplicate a key for my new employee because the key says 'do not duplicate.' Tried to state 'it's the law' and would cause him to lose his license. Although a common misconception among laymen, you would think a professional locksmith would know that no such law exists. Google it if you like. When I informed them of this he said 'I know.' At least he admitted to the lie. How can you trust them to do honest business if they flat out lie? They kept saying they could install a new lock. 'Do not duplicate' only exists to get gullible business owners to pay premium rates to dishonest business owners like these guys. Also, it's considered incredibly rude to talk over and interrupt someone. Please educate yourself on the laws surrounding your business and basic manners.
