I called and spoke with one of the owners (TWICE!) a couple of weeks apart and he assured me that he would call my tenant and go to my house and evaluate the problems with my door hardware and call me with an estimate. I gave him their contact information and mine and sent him photos of the problem and he said he would put me on the schedule and let me know. Neither of us ever heard from him! I got him by the recommendation of a contractor I have worked with and been happy with for many jobs at the house. If I could give zero stars, I would, because I got zero from this business.

I have used their services in the past and had been happy. Today I called shortly after 4 p.m. on a Sunday to get one lock re-keyed. I was told they had nobody available. Unfortunately I needed it rekeyed today. I could not wait another day. I had to take my business elsewhere.

We made an appt with them weeks in advance and they called at the appt time 4:15pm to tell us they were too busy to get to us. We told the person we made the appointment with that we were moving into our new home and it was imperative that we change the locks for safety purposes since the previous renters couldve still have the keys. When I questioned them, I was referred to some man who rudely basically said too bad. Fortunately we found an after hours service who took care of us. Do not recommend.

Really glad i found this place. I lost the keys to my car and they made me two copies of my keys for so cheap! Cheaper then going to the dealership or any other locksmith company around. They were all really sweet and proffessional as well.

I ordered a whole house rekey, guy shows up and does 3 out of 4 locks because my wife only showed him the 3. Didn't bother to call and check with the person who ordered the service. Who would change 3 out of 4 locks?...anyway wouldn't come back without another $70 service fee. Just get a kit off amazon and watch a couple of videos and DIY, its what I should have done in the first place.
