I blew a tire an hour from home in the dark last night. I waited for roadside assistance from my insurance company for close to 2 hours with no show from a company I had never heard of. I decided to call Summit Towing North which was on the sign directly in front of my car. I kid you not... Brad the driver showed up in less than 3 minutes!!! I had never been more excited to see a tow truck in my life! Brad immediately put me at ease and changed my tire in minutes. I cannot say enough great things about this company and Brad. Summit Towing North is now programmed into my phone and will be the only company I ever call in a crisis. Thank you so much Brad!!

This has been the worst experience. My husband and I are dual military and we took time out of our busy day to pick up my husbands car that got towed and we have been waiting here for over a hour after they told us someone will be here in 15 minuets we called again and was told there has been a misunderstanding no one had notified the worker from this location . This is a business that has operation hours so someone should be here during those hours. I would never recommend this company.

I had this company come and tow my vehicle. I spoke to someone on the phone and was told they would arrive in 45 minutes. I waited for them to arrive not only 45 minutes but 2 and a half hours. We were stranded on i5 with cars whizzing past us at 75 miles an hour. The tow driver was will. He talked down on my wife and kids while we were getting driven to our destination. Will with summit towing threatened me for defending my kids. This guy should never be working for such a company. If you ever get a tow from will stay very far away. Infact run! Your going to regret what they will and could do.

Awesome, quick, and polite service. My tire blew up on the highway and john Jennings changed my tire in the middle of a rainstorm and was nice enough to wait as my friend brought the wrong tire and had to go get another tire, even let me warm back up in his truck as he patiently waited, thanks again for saving my Monday.

RCW 46.55.070 - Posting Requirements Exception(1) No person may impound, tow, or otherwise disturb any unauthorized vehicle standing on nonresidential property or in a public parking facility for less than 24 hours unless a sign is posted near each entrance and on the property in a clearly conspicuous and visible location to all who park on such property.Washington Law states a towing company cannot tow a vehicle less than 24 hours unless a sign is posted near each entrance, in my case only one entrance out of 3, had a sign and it on the ground surrounded by shrubs. He told me he had towed 10 cars out of the parking lot, at a whopping $3,200.00. They are ruthless.

I couldn't believe how they run the show here. Will with summit towing never gave us a tow when he showed up. We needed help badly and when he showed up he said he couldn't tow the truck we were in because it was too big. So he took off like a bad out of hell and left me hanging on the side of the road. The last words out of his mouth were (I don't have time to tow a pickup like this and to call AAA towing). He did say thi that if I pay him cash for the tow then he could do it. I said no all I have is a credit card dude!! Will was his name. Very shoddy work. And Thanks for standing me on the side of the road. Very sick individual!

$100 hookup fee without going anywhere. They seem courteous but they won't schedule a tow to a shop until the next morning.

Price gouge with the snow storm. Not a community friendly business. $250 to pull me out of the snow in a flat parking lot, during regular business hours. I was less than five miles away.
