Olympic Lock and Key came out to unlock my truck. They said they would be here in Elma from Shelton at 2:00 and they got here at 1:40. From the time the gentleman got out of his van until he got back in his van, less than 4 minutes. It was also cheaper than I thought. Your on my permanent good list. Thanks.

Needed a key made for my truck, went to True Value first Belfair they want $70 for one with a chip in it, but they were out, thank god (not friendly at all)! I then went to Olympic Lock and Key, friendly and I got my key made for $35, yep half the price, this now my place to have keys made!

Very nice man came to change my locks. Prior to coming he gave me a verbal estimate for service call and 2 locks but the bill ended up being much higher. Turns out the estimate didn't include labor for installing the locks. Service call, which I thought would cover the labor, was just a trip charge. Be aware of hidden charges!!!Thank you to the owner of Olympic Lock & Key in Shelton for replying. This was not you, it was the Port Angeles company who installed my locks.

Go to dan dan the locksmith man instead, always go to dan. Would give no stars if possible. It started when i called them out to make a key for my 01 ford. The guy explained it had to be programmed and i agreed. Well when the service guy showed up he let me know it would be about 20 minutes. He spends what seems to be an hour on his phone, then calls me down. Ge then explains something is wrong with my vehicle because the key would not turn smoothly, and could not be programmed to the key as well and that i owed him $100 and i got the 2 keys, 1 programmed, 1 not. Well i then got a call from dan because originally i was going through him, but he had been booked. He asked if I'd still like him to come take a look at no charge. I said sure. Dan showed up and did the whole thing in 10 minutes, using the right key, for like 60% of what olympic lock and key charged me to waste my time. Apparently the key olympic lock and key was using was incorrect, that key being H86-pt. The correct key for my vehicle which dan used and sold to me is H74-pt. I called my banks and sent pictures of both keys and receipts and got my money back for those fake services i never recieved. Again, call dan dan, he is the best locksmith man!

Last night I was driving my family to the Christmas parade downtown. I was driving behind one of there company vans lic#AUF1398, the van came to a sudden stop on the main road and the driver jumped out and walked towards my car, signaled for me to roll down my window and asked me are your high beams on no they werent, I guess Buicks just have good lights. I just thought it was extremely unprofessional and it made my family very uncomfortable and anxious. Especially that he forced me to stop. Either this place is extremely unprofessional or they need to make some changes.Update: didnt see they responded until now. It was a little unprofessional but I will take their apology! Plus I hear they do great work! Thanks for the apology guys.

Locked key while camping at Lake Cushman, they came within one hr. No charge my friend had Triple A. Charge would be $80 if no Triple A- cheap! I will get Triple A now cause of their service. I feel bad as I forgot to tip him. I hope he at least sees my review.
