We brought a dead phone in for advise. Initial contact was great, new guy is very good at customer service. However, after 6 trips up there, and us having to initiate contact to get a non-progress report, they say they switched the screen, (which was not the problem) and another part that regulates battery heat, (also not the problem, as well, they ordered that part before talking to us) and now wont return the phone to us w/o charging $250 to get our unrepaired phone back. They had said if they couldn't fix it, there would be no charge, there was no mention of keeping our phone. I want the original device, in its nonworking state, returned. It gives me no confidence to return there for service, the policies are not clear. We had to ask them to take our other phone number down and call THEM to find out what was going on. The technician was fine, but the guy we dealt with after initial drop off was not pleasant or forthright, we seemed to be bothering him to get clear communication.

They have always assisted me quickly whether it was for a watch or key fob battery or this time online when I ordered rechargeable batteries for our cordless landline phones. I could tell online that the local store had the batteries in stock when I ordered and within less than 30 minutes they called and said my order was ready for pickup.

My on complaint would be the cost, the phon cost $650 the repair was $300. but then the cost of things (everything) is way out of hand. and that is greed, the shame in that starts at the gov. level. Purchased a car battery online that said was in stock for pickup in store the next day. I called to see if the order was ready for pickup to find out the battery wasn't in stock and wouldn't be ordered for a week. He offered to exchange the order for another battery. After talking through a few option he said he would note in the computer which battery. I came in on his day off to find the other staff had no idea what battery to use in exchange.didnt offer to look up something else that would work, I returned the battery went down the street to O'Riley's where they we very helpful.

I purchased a new screen and it was explained to me that I had a warranty. I purchased and applied a liquid screen protector. My screen has cracked within ten days of having this new screen. I would NOT recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs to have your screen replaced. At all. I reached out to the store and was told I did not have a warranty on the screen that was applied. No help or no offer to fix it.
