You cannot go wrong with this locksmith - he's efficient, helpful, and priced right. Strongly recommended!And a note on the one-star reviews on both this company and companies in general: note that *every* single one-star review is left by a person with one review to their name. Those are nearly always fake. Give more attention to reviews left by people that have many reviews.

Be wary of the 5 star reviews! Our locksmith arrived 30 minutes late and we were were charged twice what was quoted over the phone. I was offered $10 off if I gave a 5 star Google review, so take all these 5 stars with a grain of salt - very deceiving to future customers. When I called, they said it was a 'difficult case' but it was a simple vehicle lockout and the price was set before he even started on the car. Still haven't gotten a call back with an explanation... also TWO different names for the company. The one I called and the one that showed up. Very shady.

SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE!!!!We are in the middle of a NATIONAL EMERGENCY and they tell us on the phone it is 29 + 60 and someone came out in a vehicle with a DIFFERENT business name telling us it would be 140 dollars!!!!!!These people should be investigated by the state for price gouging and trying to steal from the public during a time of crisis!!!!!!I went on the BBB website and guess what? THIS BUSINESS IS NOT EVEN FROM SPOKANE!!!!I WANT EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH THIS BUSINESS TO KNOW I WILL BE CONTACTING THE NEWS AND POLICE DEPARTMENT!!!SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!Look at the reviews people! Business is not the same name and it is likley that they are writing their own reviews!!!!

Adam answer the phone. Told me he would be here in 10 minutes , came in 8.I bought some locks at Lowes. Something was wrong with them. Had Adam install them . They work great. He chisled my door and fixed and aligned my hinges too! With no extra charge. The door works great, looks faboulous, and no more gaps! Perfect !Thank you Adam.

This is a huge con, this is the same owner from Oregon as Northwest locksmith and Spokane Premier locksmith and premier garage door repair all in a attempt to decieve the people of Spokane. Do not trust the pictures you see this is a very well-crafted scheme. Underneath that banner and the other side of the building is a whole different business name and Industry they will not put the real name of the business up because they are trying to cheat google and other search engines. it is actually premier northwest services, a non existant call center operation owned out of state.

Bad tumbler in a 05 accord, car would not start I was only charged $175 insite, A-1 quoted $550 to fix onsite or $350 if towed to their shop, Brandon was quick and professional.

Gonna go with everyone else. I've submitted a change and will be contacting people who care. This is premier northwest services, not advantage. False advertising of a business usually means they've made a horrible name for themselves and are trying to doge what they've done. Would be cautious.

I just drove by here to see about getting a copy of my house key made, lights were off even though it said open until 11PM and the business was named Premier Northwest Services and said it was a garage door repair shop not a locksmith with a 1-888 number on the door. Google information is not accurate
