Had them change locks on our house. He was fast and knew what he was doing. If you want something done quick and on your schedule....give this guy a call! He is the owner and takes pride in what he does. Locks were changed in less than 30 minutes and he took my payment on my debit card.

Called several people, these guys are the cheapest and they dont increase their rates on the weekends or middle of the night!! Super friendly, took him 5 minutes to get here, and less than 2 minutes to unlock.

I had to call this place 4 times before anyone answered the phone. They say 24 hours but when i called the guy said he was out of town amd wouldnt be back until 7 or 8 in the morning. Terrible service.Now there was a comment added to this from the owner of this business. Out of town or not it shouldnt take someone to call you 4 times before you answer and let them know that your not open for business. Since you left town i would say that you had a heads up on this matter which meant you could have posted it saying that you where out of town. Thats good business management as well as keeping customers informed. Last time i checked thats how you run a business not some fly by night after hours. Put im glad that you and your business missed the 780.00 payment that we made to the towing company for their help.

Had this company over to redo the locks on my house he quoted me a great price and even worked with me on a time that worked on my busy Saturday. I have to say this guy is great! He showed up early and got the work done quickly and even went out of his way to fix a problem with a deadbolt that I didn't even mention to him. Thank you for the job well done.

This man was amazing. Quick and efficient. I was stuck in the cold after locking my keys in the car, and he made his way to me faster than what it took me to find him. Literally had my car open in 10 seconds. I think the most time spent was me looking for my registration. Awesome and a great conversation! Thank you. :)

Called to have him do some work. Pretty easy, right? His tone and the manner in which he communicates was representative of a person who should not be a business owner. His business is to assist people and he is charging a significant amount. Have no problem with that. I do have a problem when you act as if I've inconvenienced you in some way. Learn to represent the company. Better yet, yourself.

I just called this guy and when he answered, he spoke so quickly I had to have him repeat himself 3 times to which he then became angry and said 'oh my god, you called me'. Too bad for him. I had a job for him tomorrow and he just blew it with his horrible tone of voice and attitude. Will never call this guy again and will share my experience with everyone.

Terrible customer service. I called to have my metal screen door on my house unlocked and they were no help at all. The guy had me describe the kind of door I have and went over pricing just for him to say 'There's nothing I can do.' I even asked him if he knows anyone who could help me out and he seemed irritated for some reason. Would NOT recommend. If they can't open regular screen doors on houses then what do they consider 'residential.' I ended up calling another local company who came all the way out to Wapato in about 30 mins and did the job in less than five mins and only charged me $85 and these 4J guys here were asking for $175 for a job they couldn't do...
