Needed a tow to the Honda service center late Sunday afternoon. The driver was at my car in about an hour, took my car to the service center, and dropped off the key in the key drop for me. All for a very reasonable price. The driver was friendly, helpful, and professional. Great service!

John at Finishline Towing was awesome!! He went above and beyond to make sure that we were helped in a timely and considerate manner. After getting back from our week-long vacation in Mexico and discovering that our car battery was dead in the airport parking lot, John was a very happy face to see and was very quick at charging our battery, explaining and recommending tips, and got us on our way. Unbelievably, about 10 miles down the road we stopped to get a bite to eat and accidentally locked our keys in our car that was still running. I called John back on his cell phone, who informed me that he would be happy to help and simply asked that I call AAA to place a ticket so they could dispatch him to help us once more. We were SO happy to see John again not long after, he was very quick to get our car unlocked and have us on our way once more. Obviously it was a long night, especially after traveling for several hours, however John made it as pleasant as it possibly couldve been, considering the circumstances. HIGHLY recommend AAA, and especially John at Finishline Towing!!! Thank you, John!!!! :)

I just had a 1956 Ford towed to my home by Michael B. This young man treated my car with kid gloves start to finish, making sure not to scrape the lowered body as the car made its way onto the flat bed. Michael was polite, careful, but incredibly efficient, too. I actually asked if he owned the company because his professionalism had me convinced this was his business. I can't speak for other drivers, but know if Michael B. shows up to tow your car, you're in great hands. Thank you for making this such a smooth afternoon.

Absolutely awful service. Over 3 hours to wait for an emergency tow when my girlfriend's car died on an off ramp. Original wait time was 1 hour but they had to cancel the original dispatch and wait to send a new truck out just because we pushed the car to a side street less than 100 yards from the ramp! The woman who took our calls was unprofessional and became snippy with our frequent calls as we tried to figure out what was going on. She finally 'explained' that the reason they had to cancel the original truck was because the 'change in address of the pickup has to be approved by the roadside assistance program.'Completely unhelpful and utterly incompetent.

So my daughter Gypsy and I (Jennye) were stranded on 151. We were picked up within 20 minutes and had the best experience. Megan was our dispatcher, Travis was our driver, and I would legit, repeat LEGIT, sabotage my own vehicle to be towed by them again. No joke. I owe them a few batches of cookies at the very least.

AAA had initially contacted a different tow truck company, said it would be an hour...When their dispatch called me finally after 1hr 20mins, they said it wud be another 45mins! I called AAA back, they contacted Finish Line, and i received a call just 15mins later telling me he would be to me in just 15mins. They crushed the competition that's for SURE!!! My driver was Michael, he was very quick getting to me, and doing everything with my car, and was very kind! Plus he was generous enough to give me a ride to a place where I could borrow a car until mine could get fixed today:)) I will definately be putting a request in to have their service in the future!!

I have a broken down car and my insurance company had Finish Line Towing set up to come pick my car up. They said it would be an hour, so when that hour was up I called my insurance back and they said it would be another hour. Its a nice day with no bad weather out so I have no clue why they would be so backed up. Now I can not pick up my daughter from Preschool and have to make plans for someone else to pick her up. I will not use or recommend this company in the future.

My fiance Emily's car wouldn't start or respond to a jump. Finish Line arrived promptly and tested the battery which was in working condition. We then thought it may be a starter issue. The gentlemen from Finish Line sat in the car and locked and unlocked the car a few times, turned the key, and voil the car started. He said sometimes the anti theft reader doesn't work from unlocking the car from the outside and it prevented the car from starting. Never would of thought of that. Thank you to the gentlemen who helped us and thank you Finish Line!

I was given this company through AAA for a tow. I broke down during rush hour so there was a decent wait, but the people I talked to were apologetic. They basically told me if I could find a ride, I should. They were able to take it to my preferred shop at a fair rate per mile and took card payment over the phone, which was super convenient. On top of that, both people I talked to were very polite.

Called through AAA because I locked my keys in my car Kailey called me back within 5 minutes of me calling AAA, and her first question was if I was safe and warm! She then told me that she had someone who was on their way. Brian called me a few minutes later to let me know he was on his way, and again when he was getting close. He was extremely prompt, friendly and got my keys back in no time! Great service.

Had to get my car towed after an accident and so I called AAA and they set me up with FLT. Israel H. was there pretty quickly and was a very friendly and helpful guy. He helped me drop the car off at a body shop and helped me fill out the necessary paperwork for the key drop. He went the extra mile to give me a ride back home even though he was not obligated to like AAA had said. He made it a super quick and easy process, would highly recommend Israel and this company.

My car died on the beltline in Madison. We had to call triple A and finish line towing showed up not more than 15 min later. They check out my car right away and fixed the cable on my battery and I was able to pick up my car from there building 30 minutes later. I wouldve had to wait 2 days to figure out what was wrong with my car if they didnt look. They were super helpful and turned my day around!

He was courteous and professional and showed up in about half the originally quoted time from AAA. Got the car on the flatbed quickly and to my house in no time.
