We moved into a new house. I called, and they came out the next day. The gentleman re-keyed all the locks within the hour, even making the ones he could open with the same key. He disabled that lovely feature on those older locks that allowed us to keep locking ourselves out, which I am grateful for. He was courteous, professional, AND patient--because our door bell malfunctioned and he came & went--and then came back when I called, which was very kind. He even made me 2 extra copies of the key, and I hadn't even thought to ask. I was very happy with the services.
