Very proficient, highly experienced, very courteous and engaging (no pun intended)...Asked them to install the DOOR Club, he had that never done it before and it looks BETTER than the one done by the guy on the directions packaging!!! Solid work performance by both gentlemen...Had also installed a 1/2 dead bolt and they then re-hung my door, tightened it all up, added extra long screws into panels , NO CHARGE, and now I feel safe and secure!!! Very reasonably priced for all that and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Thank you both!

I didn't know whether to give one star or 5 stars because the flying locksmith truck guy just rode my a**and passes me going over 85!!!I don't know whether he was just a jerk or just had a lock emergency!!!

I would suggest that instead of having 24hrs you should specify that you only service with the regular prices during regular business hours

I received a quote and had a couple of questions. Over 2 weeks I sent several emails, called a few times, left messages and never got a reply. Whenever I call the direct number to the store the call seems to be answered by an answering service that is just taking calls and they don't seem to be of the company.
