Had an Andersen glass sliding patio door lock to rekey to match some new schlege locks on my front door. I brought them in and they had it done in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable about locks and were a pleasure to do business with. I'll absolutely return again when I need locks changed.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Bill's Key Shop. I stopped in and the owner was there. I needed my extra key programmed and I didn't have the transponder chip. He never gave up on finding a workable chip (and did this while working in the rain). And the price was very reasonable. I left with a working key and as a very satisfied customer. Bill's Key Shop is the best!!

Joe from Bill's Key Shop rescued my family as we were locked out of our house because of a misplaced key. We called up the shop at 7pm tonight, and within 30 minutes Joe was at our door, and less than 10 minutes later we were in our house! The additional convenience of being able to pay with a credit card right after service was really great, and the prices were reasonable and the service excellent. Highly recommend for when you lock yourself out of your car/house/whatever.

I locked my keys in my car while it was running. Bill's Key Shop was the only place who said they could get to me in less than two hours--they quoted me 45 minutes and arrived in 30! Mike was very friendly and it didn't take him long to unlock my car. He even suggested I sit in the truck to keep warm, which was so nice. I called other shops before being referred to Bill's, and experienced some of the worst customer service of my life. If you want fast and friendly service, call Bill's! Very much appreciated.

The attitude from this people has always been a problem the few times Ive used them even for just simple questions, plus, one time the copy they made didnt even work but because of their attitude each time I just didnt come back. I didnt appreciate the fact that there was one time I made an appointment with them for a service (against my will, my partner chose them) and then the day of (less than a week after) I got there and they were super rude and said I didnt have an appointment etc, but then as soon as my male partner arrived they did a 180 and were super nice to him, so I dont know if they are racist, sexist, or both because Ive had the same experience over the phone. Not worth it.

Used my insurance app to request roadside assistance to unlock my car, after 2hrs and a phone call finally, insurance Co had no record of my request! It's 630pm on a Sunday and I'm panicking! Called Bill's and someone answered right away and Joe said that he'd be there in 30 min. Arrived early, opened car within a minute and on the spot made an additional key for me! Cheaper than what my insurance roadside would've charged me, with new copy of key included, by $20. I'm kind of glad I locked my keys in the car because now I know how awesome these guys are! Thank you again!

Bills Key Shop is great! Everyone is very friendly and personable, which is nice when you are feeling stressed about issues using your car key. I was happy with how quickly and inexpensively they made a copy of keys for my Honda. It required them to plug into the car's CAN bus and recode my old key and program that code into the new keys. They even added lube to my locks at no extra cost b/c they said Honda's have a history of problems with that.

This is a great place! Although it is tiny, they can do any lock related work one might need. They also have vans that can come to you. They also offer 24 hour service. Nothing to complain about here. They also have free parking.

Got to me within 45 minutes on a Sunday, used both halves of my key to make me a new one right on the spot. Charged less than half (!!!) of another locksmith I got a quote from and even got to me an hour sooner than the other quote.He even made 3 keys for me to make sure I had the best fit possible since he was making it from an imperfect key. Difficult to copy Acura keys were done in about a half hour, despite some hurdles. They don't give up when things go wrong, they do whatever it takes to make it work. They keep their machines calibrated so their key cuts are always spot-on. I recommend these guys to anyone that asks me about key copies, easily the best locksmith company I have ever used.

dont bother going to places like walmart or minute key. if you want a key that actually works come here! we were going to get new locks because no keys we got would work but luckily we tried this place. super fast too
