The gentleman named was Matt amazing on Sunday when we needed a key for our car. He came to us and was amazing. They had to order a key and today we met with a new guy named Jake. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE! He didnt even let us test the key until we gave him our credit card. Terrible service from Jake. Wont be going back.

I would HIGHLY recommend Locks and Unlocks. I locked myself out of my house on a Sunday and one of their technicians, Matt, came out within a half hour and got me in! He was super helpful and gave me tips regarding my locks and doors too which was an added bonus! Thanks again Locks and Unlocks!

Everything about my experience with Jake and this business was great except for locking my keys in my apartment to begin with. They arrived in about 30 minutes, which was faster than estimated, were cheaper than various other locksmiths, and actually unlocked the door quickly too, bout 2 minutes for that I think. The tech they sent was very professional and polite. If I need a locksmith again I'll be calling them.

Jake was an absolute GODSEND. I thought I was stranded in Madison when my key wouldn't turn in the ignition, but not only did he come out to where I was and troubleshoot the problem, but he stayed late to take apart the ignition and make sure it was figured out. He ended out coming out the next day to replace the part and my car worked like a charm! I cannot recommend Locks and Unlocks enough - so fast and professional and I was so relieved!

Silly us... we didnt lock our car door last night. At least two people went through our car, used the garage door opener and went into the garage. We have a dog... They left with the garage door opener.I called this AM before they opened and left a message. Got a call back pretty quickly. A couple hours later the locksmith arrived. We had the mud room from the garage to the house and front door deadbolt matched up for keys. We also got new garage door remotes. (I didnt know this was possible through a locksmith) They were synced up and the signal for the old remotes disabled. We had 4 new keys made. Everything went very smoothly. I really appreciate the service we got.

For the overall experience from the Locks and Unlocks Inc. I was amazingly pleased by the service that was provided. After calling in late hours at 9pm our phone call was picked up and answered in a welcoming manner. We were first helped with an attempt at being talked through how to fix the lock ourselves with very useful instructions. Although, after failing to get the lock ourselves, Jake informed us that he would be out to our location to help shortly. He arrived at our house within 15 minutes of our call and fixed the lock within 5. His service was completed very quickly and efficiently. After fixing the lock, he installed a new door handle and lock within minutes, double and triple checking that the lock worked. The whole experience took about 20 minutes in all. The service provided was spectacular and I would highly recommend calling the Locks and Unlocks Inc. for any lock problems that you encounter.

On a sunny Sunday afternoon, my partner and I did a funny and locked ourselves out of our house in Sun Prairie, WI. After exhausting all options, we decided it was time to call a professional. Surprised we were at the difficulty to find a place that was a) open and b) responsive. After digging around, (Google wasn't immediately showing us Locks and Unlocks) we came across this business and were relieved to get Matt Butler on the the line. He was at our home promptly and got us back into the house to our doggies (no training to unlock doors, unfortunately). Matt was very professional and offered suggestions for improving the safety of our home. We were very happy with the service offered by Locks and Unlocks. Thank you!

Mat is very professional, responses very quick, and helped us out. I recommend people use him not the nationwide company because I called two nationwide companies and they said they would call back but actually they do not care, so my husband used his tools and damaged the truck. But Matt is super and responded me quickly and be here within 30 mins like he promised. Thank you so much!!!

I had a situation the other night trying to help a woman and her 3 children who were locked out of their vehicle. We tried a bunch of methods and eventually had to call a locksmith - I called a few places and surprisingly no one was open. Then I called Locks and UnLocks... They were AMAZING. They answered, and got there in less than 15 minutes. They have this super professional van with lights and everything needed and was extremely quick and fast to get our issue resolved. As a single female who just started living on her own, I had no idea what I was doing when I was switching my deadbolt lock. Because it was a Sunday, I was informed that it would be overtime fees that I couldnt afford. I was very happy with these guys . I needed a new ignition key switch to my FORD Expedition and they had it in stock. All I had to do is bring my Ford key and they reset the new switch so my old keys would work with it. Very profesional and straight forward to deal with.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND For ANY Of Your LOCKED OUT NEEDS!!! Being locked out, can be a stressful situation no matter what... but received prompt, friendly, courteous service from Jake - the owner of ' Locks and Unlocks'. It was the first time, that I had the need of a locksmith's services. Being the day after C'mas, the first few companies I called were unavailable or had no staff that could help. I needed to not only get into my living space, but also needed to do laundry & pack for a flight leaving in 6 hrs. 'Locks and Unlocks' came later in the evening, on Dec. 26th - didn't make me feel bad or that I was inconveniencing them over the holidays. I was completely put at ease & considered Jake, my C'mas Angel. He even made copies of the keys (that I had locked inside), on premise - before He left. To prevent myself, from getting into the same predicament again. Can't say enough about this locksmith and its owner, Jake... !!!
