called the locksmith person he picked up the call, gave him the address and i asked how much it will be in total. He said 1 hour he will be here. he said he will call 10 mins before hand that he is almost here.. I waited 2 hours and 30 mins. Called back and asked was he still coming. He ended the phone call and I call back and no answer. Wasted all my time waiting. Called A1- locksmith after and they came and unlocked my car. Dont waste your time with this locksmith. Try others..

Not sure Id use them again. The tech made a mess installing a new deadbolt, no offer to clean it up. He also did a poor job installing it, as the door cannot be completely closed for the lock to work effectively. Then had to call for help with a keypad on a different door which took them forever to figure out with an awful lot of swear words. Perhaps they are good at certain types of locksmithing (autos, like in their name), but wouldnt use them for my home again.

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment for Saturday 11 am with a guy that apparently no longer works for them. Office is closed even though open hours are from 9am to 9pm. Please go somewhere else, the reviews are too good to be true.

Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a locksmith. I dont normally review places, but the service I received in this particular situation warranted my doing so. Upon my initial call, I got the information I needed within about 30 seconds. From there, the gentleman I spoke with informed me hed be able to get out to me within 2 hours, giving me his personal number in order to keep me posted as to any changes. Not long after, I received a text that he was on his way and would be to my home in about 20 minutes. 15 minutes after that text, I was in my driveway with him, and less than 10 minutes after that he was on his way to his next job and I was able to drive my car again. The service was prompt, the staff was informed and polite, and the price was better than any other Id had quoted today. If I ever need a locksmith in the future, these guys will be my first and last call.

So, went walking through the woods with my son and lost my truck keys somehow. Gave Auto Locksmiths a call said they would be there in about 30-40 minutes. And I live in New Berlin. They called me saying there were on their way then called me when they were standing next to my truck. 30 secs they were in my truck, 20 mins later I had two new keys. Oh, and he was disappointed that he didnt get it up and running fast enough. Apparently the guys at the shop would have made fun of him.Nothing but good things to say about their work. Completely happy with the job!
