Great selection of hardware! Sometimes I need a part that I can only order online but I can't wait for that. If Kitz & Pheil don't have the part, they have the stuff there to make it! The employees are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Rented a generator and had to come back to the store to get the adapter for the camper, even though I told them it was for a camper and asked if it would fit. This was annoying, but forgivable. But then, they rental was supposed to be for 4 hours and they neglected to tell me they closed in 2 hours. Luckily, I walked in with one minute to spare! Which they so kindly pointed out. Only one of the 3 employees working seemed to know what was going on. Completely frustrating.
