Tried working with Action for over 2 weeks because we could not access our building and kept getting the run around. Finally gave up and called Able Locksmith. Within 2 hours we can now access our building and the total cost came out cheaper than Action's quote. It was sad to hear the comments about how Action's service has suffered over the last 5 years. Hope they can get back to their previous work ethic soon because currently it is lacking terribly.

In the first part of June I visited Action Security looking for a safe. The owner wasnt in that day so we got as much info as I could about what they had, not long after leaving the owner called and said he could meet me at the shop, so I did and agreed to order a safe. It has been over a month since placing that order I have asked for updates, apparently they only have one person that knows anything about orders and he seems to be always gone on a job. I have asked numerous times and had little reply. Last reply the owner Scott said hed call the next morning and get back with me. Well its been 5 days and still no update. Im not impressed with the communication and seriously thinking about canceling the order and getting my money back and going to the other locksmith for my business. Seems like he had no problem taking my money but at this point I dont even know if the order was placed. Just cant figure out why nobody else in the shop can pick up a phone and find out any info on orders.

I typically get custom keys made here. These guys hand cut keys so I don't have to worry about the key not fitting in the machine. Now I've got a whole set of customs and each time, these people have been super helpful and nice

I called these guys needing immediate service. I could tell they were very busy, but the salesperson I spoke to (Susan) was incredibly polite, and understanding. I needed to change the locks at my place, and someone met me within the hour. He was very nice, and obviously knew what he was doing. My door is a very old door, and it took a while for him to rekey it, but he kept at it, and still kept my total at the quoted price I received. Absolutely amazing service, quick, and efficient. Definitely sticking with these folks in the future!

This has been the most unprofessional business encounter I've had the misfortune to deal with. Coincidentally, the owner Scott is never available when requesting for an update on an order. Don't even get me started with Walt! He is the most lazy, unprofessional person I've had to work with thus far! This company is so unorganized they have you running in circles for months for your own order. Honestly, it seems like they are just trying to steal your money. Take your business elsewhere!!!

Locked my keys in my car so they sent someone out to me right next to the shop dude hit it with a wire hook was done in 2 minutes and it ccost $85 cabies do it for $25 I found our right after

The staff are all pleasant to work with. I've had some good experiences here but quality has been pretty hit or miss. Half of the times I've had locks rekeyed have required a second visit to the store. I suppose I should start asking for someone to come out to my place to make corrections. I'm am a landlord and have a lot of locks rekeyed. I'm going to look for another provider who is more reliable.
