I live two hours away from the closest phone repair store and I called in last minute when Amanda (I believe is her name) was so helpful and squeezed me into their schedule that day to get my screen fixed. Everyone was super nice and helpful and it only took about 30 minutes to get my phone fixed.

Came here for a new key fob for my car. Pricing was fair and staff was friendly. However, the install took a very long time, over 40 minutes. Eventually a manager had to step in. He discovered that my car had a dead battery, and that's why the key wouldn't work. He hooked me up with a new battery and did a very good job installing it. I've installed a few car batteries myself, but I could not have done a better job. I'd come here again for a new car battery. They gave me some discounts/coupons for the trouble. In short, the store manager was great, but the staff could use more training.

All my interactions with Batteries Plus over the years have been positive. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and capable. Because they are implementing COVID-19 precautions, I feel safer shopping with them, as I have family members who would be susceptible to major complications if infected. I like businesses who care for me and my family, even if they don't know they are doing it for a specific individual, by being responsible corporate citizens.

Went to Batteries Plus and Preston M. assisted me on my battery his customer service was great! He gave me a loaner car battery while they charged my car battery and he also did a couple tests. Next day they called and my battery was not good and Preston replaced mine under warranty and installed it! Good man he is!

i've always found what i needed is in stock. although today, when i went to pick up order, only 1/4 pieces were there - as if someone were interrupted in the middle of picking the order. But the sales associate quickly caught it & got the other items right away. I am always happy with the service I get. thank you!

Technician from Batteries Plus replaces the screen but damaged portions of the internal hardware in the process. They gave the phone back to me and the power button and the volume buttons were not working at all, but they worked before we brought it in. they would not give us a refund and told me to take the phone to Apple or Best Buy for help. Went to Best Buy and were told there was nothing we could do because the phone was altered by a 3rd party. Called batteries plus back and explained what happened, were refused any refund for a non working phone, paid $360 for phone repairs. No help. No guidance. Just a waste of my college students scholarship money.

The sales people are knowledgeable and have a huge inventory of stuff that's hard to find. I went in to get an extra Key Fob for a VW Beetle. Unfortunately that's not a typical key fob and the vehicle had to go to the dealer to be completely reprogrammed. Batteries Plus took care of everything. Great Customer Service even in an unusually difficult situation.

fixed my screen very well, there was a chance I couldnt get it fixed since my screen was bent but they fixed it and looks brand spanking new. Costed $109 but it was worth it for me since I couldnt even press anything on my screen with a deep crack. Amazing!!

bought a truck battery for $150. Three days later it drained power and junk. They wont honor warranty. Three days old. The worst return policy Ive experienced. They said best they can do is a discount on a new one. $10 off for an overpriced battery for $150. I dont recomend buying any battery or bulb from these greedy rude people.

When I came into the store, it was extremely busy but the man behind the desk said someone would be with me shortly. It took a while but I was helped by a guy that knew exactly what he needed to do to check the battery on my old computer. He was quick and thorough. He looked at a calendar on the wall and told me it would be about 2 to 3 hours before it would be ready. I told him I live in Girdwood so I'd pick it up the next day. A bit later, he called me and it was done in just a half hour. It was so nice of him to call me with the information so quickly. I appreciated everything he did. And I noticed how polite and kind the other men in the shop were to the customers also. It's a nice place to get help as I felt everyone seemed knowledgeable.

Went to get a Cracked Iphone 11 screen replaced. They quoted me the same price Apple would charge to replace it. Then after leaving with them for repairs, forced an upcharge because the 'brand new' screen they were going to sell me was faulty and they had to charge me $30 more for the upgraded version that still wasn't as quality as the screen apple would install. My advice: if you have an Iphone just go to apple.

I have been to this store a couple of times. The first time was to purchase a new battery for my car. The second time was to replace my cellular phones battery. Prices were fair. Service and the work were exceptional. The only con was there were a lot of people waiting in line both times I visited. However, the wait time wasnt too long since there were a few staffs working as fast as they could behind the counter. I had great customer service experience both times. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and know exactly what needs to be done to get me taken care of. My car battery purchase was smooth. We got the right battery and it works fine. I was able to bring back my old battery and got my core deposit refunded without any problem.I came in the second time to replace my phones battery. I scheduled my repair online a day in advance and got $10 off. I came in the next day and a very knowledgeable staff checked me in, went through all the checks on my phone within minutes, and told me they would give us a call in about an hour when its done. Twenty minutes later, I received a call that my phone was ready to be picked up. They also offer so many products in the store. They have every type of batteries under the Sun. My favorite are Werker Industrial batteries. They last as long as other brands but are a lot cheaper.

Great Service, always have products in stock, makes more sense (economically and environmentally) to replace the battery than replace the device.If you have a 'broken' UPS, come here and replace the battery. It'll be good as new.

Geryon is awesome, I walked in looking for some batteries for a flashlight with some hard to find batteries. He found my batteries within a minute and helped me find a lightbulb. The best part as I was walking out I saw that they sold replacement key fobs so I asked about it because I thought my key fob was broken.. I tried replacing the battery before and it just was not working with the new battery then some of the buttons stopped working. Geryon took my key fob and pulled out a tool kit & put a new battery and fixed whatever thing was messing with the battery and buttons. I only paid $11.99 for a new battery and saved a few hundred to replace the whole key fob at Toyota.

My S7 developed the dreaded battery bump. I called on a Sunday morning at 10, got there about 11: 15. Picked it up at noon. I was quoted $69.95 but was charged $59.95 because I called ahead and made the appointment. The bump is gone, everything works,. The staff was friendly, professional prompt. Made my day. Thank you
