We picked CIS Alaska as a local security company and right away knew we made the right choice - professional and knowledgeable technicians, immediate response, great customer service. Thomas Craig did a thorough evaluation of our home and surroundings, explained where cameras and sensors should go, why, what types, that not all areas needed one or the other, answered all of our questions and educated us on the components of our new security system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly had our best interests in mind to get the best 'custom fit' for our home. We were very impressed and still are, several months later. The Team at CIS have been great. They're knowledgeable and caring. The install was very professional, and their customer service has been great. They will answer your call at 1 AM when you're not home and your alarm is going off (Sorry guys!) and sit down at a computer to troubleshoot. My case was a faulty door, nothing wrong at all with the security system. I can't recommend them enough.

This company provided me with solid support on my truck's ignition lock cylinder. Mr. Flores tried his best to help me fix the issue over the phone just in case it was a simple fix. Unfortunately, it resorted to pulling the ignition lock cylinder out of the truck and performing surgery on it, but all in all, he fixed the issue very quickly. Along the way, he made sure I knew what was going on. Very fun guy to talk with. I an super glad I called this company.

While we were traveling our home was robbed twice in nine days. The second time they trashed the house and stole a significant value of items including heirlooms with sentimental value far exceeding their pawn value. CIS was there the very next day after the robberies were discovered. They did so while we were still traveling and communicated very clearly with us via telephone about options and costs. They were very good listeners and quickly connected with our concerns while simultaneously addressing them in the field. They used state of the art equipment worthy of a Fort Knox installation. It was not cheap but it was very reasonable for the quality and features provided by their sophisticated but easily used equipment. They had an operational alarm system in place within 24 hours of our approval and followed that up with a video surveillance system a few days later. They cooperated seamlessly with the contractor we had in place securing the home. What we found so amazing was all wrapped in the same package were people who were very professional, knowledgeable, skilled, prompt and timely, as well as polite and personable. I managed to loose my car key while out shopping after unloading my groceries. It is a programmed key and the only one I have. The car dealership gave me the CIS number. I called and about 20 minutes later I happily greeted the owner of CIS. I explained my tale of woe. I was having a very difficult time understanding how my key seemed to have disappeared. My mother and I had searched through my purse and the car to no avail. When help arrived Mr Cardosa helped search again and found my key lodged between the passengers seat and console. He said he was happy it was found, as he didnt have a key blank for my car. A new key is being special ordered for me. I am thankful for the service that went the extra mile.

Great service!! I recently locked myself and our two puppies outside with one older dog left inside the house. Having to be somewhere within an hour, I needed a quick response time and they were very responsive to my needs and were able to send over a technician within about 15 minutes. He was courteous, and great with my barking puppies who were concerned about his presence. He took the time to get them warmed up to him and finished the job quickly. Would definitely call on them again for lockouts or for other security needs we might have.
