We are so thankful for Locksmith John Cruz!! He responded quickly & professionally to our emergency. He was at the house less than 10 minutes after i called & had us back in the house quickly. He work very hard to avoid having to drill out any locks. He also gave some good tips & reminders for staying safe & avoiding future problems. I will be calling him first if I need a locksmith again.My neighbor accidentally got locked out of her house while her 6 month old grandson was sleeping inside. She was obviously very upset & worried. John was calm, quick & compassionate about the situation. Thankfully the baby was still asleep when we got into the house. Such a great experience with John today. I highly recommend him.

Fast, professional, friendly and very reasonably priced! My lock broke, I could not get in to my house. I called and very nice customer service person said Technician would call right back, which he did. The technician John Cruz was here in about 20 minutes! John was able to get me in quickly, and took care of the lock situation quickly and is such a nice guy. This happened on a weekend so i thought i would be charged extra for that, but they were extremely reasonable. Great customer service, highly and unequivocally recommend this locksmith!

Look somewhere else right away and do not even consider calling these thieves. They wanted $100 to cut a blank key to the original and I already have the key.That's $100 to stick MY key in the machine and copy it to MY original key. No programming, no labor, no nothing except insert 2 keys in a machine and let the machine do the work. What would it cost if they actually had to do something.

Honest, friendly and genuinely helpful! Dean came out and was very friendly and professional. There was a miscommunication and they weren't able to fix my mechanical door lock issue but they went above and beyond to be helpful anyway. I accidentally flushed my 2017 Toyota RAV4 key down a toilet! Aaaargh! Luckily I had a spare but before I flushed that one down the toilet, I wanted to get a spare!
