I was in a jam (heehee) because my sister left town and I was supposed to stay at her place to dog sit, but for some reason her bedroom door was locked (and as it turns out also installed upside down) and she took her keys with her to Hawaii (!!)Anyway, Max came over and cool as a cucumber just worked his magic. I really wanted to avoid the aftermath of the core being drilled out, So he kept at it until he got through. Max was Very kind, professional and patient and didnt act rushed, and his service charge was very reasonable!
