Juan and Justin are great! They always drop everything right then and there to service me. There used to be that old guy Dennis, who worked there! I have not seen him in a while! I have good, quick, efficient service, no waiting, not to mention, I have never had an issue with their keys. I never have to return my keys for a new cut! Keep up the good work;)

I am not medically able to wear a mask and the clerk, in front of other customers, rudely tried to shame me for not wearing one. Will never return here.Update: I did not say it was illegal to ask me to wear a mask. He asked me what is medically wrong with me that I cannot wear a mask, to this I replied that is illegal, and it is. This violates ADA laws. He then shamed me in front of the two other customers. If everything is kosher with his treatment of me then upload the unedited video to youtube and post it below. Let people decide for themselves.

Fast and competent cutting and programming of replacement key fob for my Jeep. Went to shop and work was done immediately. Way faster than looking for a key that is probably somewhere in Moreno Valley.

Brought in a Honda Civic key fob, they were able to program it to my car super cheap. They even used their van to jump start my car. Super helpful. Saved lots of money.

Redlands lock and key cut a Chrysler sentry key and programmed two fob keys for my jeep today. Decent price and the job was fast. Compared to the dealers price and wait time. I've been with out fob keys for too long. Should of got this done sooner. would return again for other services!

I went for a car key service (cut and programming), to the shop after contacted several services. By far this place is the best and resonalble price. The gentle men, who work there were very help full, nice and precisely cut and programmed my keys. I am very pleased after every thing is done properly. I own a local real estate company. This is the only place that I use.Their keys always work. When a client hand me a key on a paper tag that was made at Home Depot there is a 50% chance it wont work. Have a very old house with an old fashioned lock? Juan knows how to rebuild them too.Great service.

I needed copies for two keys but it was already 6 and most, if not all, keys locksmith were already closed. I continue to search, in hope to find at least one place open. Online I read this place was open 24/7, seemed odd but I went. Sure enough they were close but right before I got into my car, one of the guys comes out & asked me what I needed. I told him & he said to come on in, that he could help me. I drove all over town but I'm glad I went there. I just wish you guys posted the actual time you guys close. That will be extremely helpful. But other than that, I was very happy

So, one day I was exhausted and I thought I lost my car keys. It was one of those days, my husband was out of the country and the babies were up a lot the night before. In addition, I couldn't sleep either. Awful Monday, anyways I called Redlands Lock and Key and within 20 minutes they were here. The guy took the only broken key I had, and made a copy, and then brought it to me. In an hour, I had a key, and about 2 hours later I found the keys I lost. They really helped me out, and I cannot thank them enough. 5 stars!!
