My garage door was not closing all the way. Noah, one of the technicians came out to repair our garage door sensors. My garage door closes now. I was advised that the garage door opener is getting old and should be replaced soon. Their service is very professional, and prompt. Tais was way more professional then other who I have called in the past. I Highly Recommend Tai's Garage Door & Locksmith.

This company is excellent! I went out into the garage this morning to leave for work and found that the door was unable to open. Shortly after I realized the spring had broken in half. That is when I call Tai's. I gave them my information and they were incredibly nice and helpful by getting me the very first appointment before anyone else so that I could still try to make it to work on time. Andrew, the technician, called me minutes after I had originally called to verify my information and let me know he was on his way. He arrived within 20 minutes of when I first spoke with him. Once he was there he looked at what spring was needed and gave me a very reasonable price. After agreeing on the price he was done with the work in no time. After all was said and done the garage worked good as new and I was still able to make it to work on time. I was very impressed with Tai's Garage Door & Locksmith, they are exceedingly professional and punctual, while still maintaining a friendly and personable experience. I also loved that they were always willing to work with me and answer my questions, no matter what I asked. Do not pass up this excellent company if you need ANY work done!

1 Star is because technician arrived fast. Called Tais Service because my detached garage door would not open. Upon arrival, tech manually opened door and told me garage door transmitter was broken and that manufacturer parts were too rare to order. Tech said I could pay him almost $500 to replace it with a new opener. Tech came to this conclusion without even touching the garage door opener one time.I opted to not pay the $500 for a new garage door opener, so the tech charged me a $35 fee for arriving.Tech was still parked on my street when I started to attempt to fix garage door opener myself. After about 2 minutes of random tinkering (I didnt know what I was doing), I was able to get the cable to relatch into place and the garage door started working without incident. All while tech was still on the same street.No refund given. Would go with another service provider as I felt there was an immediate conclusion to replace at full cost instead of diagnosing, which took minimal effort by an untrained person.Hope this helps other avoid falling for Tais Apple-like scam.

What a pleasant experience from start to finish with these guys! I needed a new garage door to be installed and was referred to Tai's by a good friend of mine. My technician was highly knowledgeable and super competent. He filled me in on what he was doing along the way. I was truly amazed at how fast the job was completed. Within 30 minutes Andrew replaced the springs on each end of my garage door. Now it closes like a brand new garage door and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm really happy and REALLY SATISFIED with the handyman service. Their prices are reasonable and their service is top notch.

Sunday morning our garage door spring snapped, and I called Tais garage door repair for the replacement spring. they scheduled based on convenience for me, showed up promptly, were completely courteous and professional, and were never pushy about any work. They very clearly laid out what needed to be done, and what actually got done would be based on my orders. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I'd say it took about three hours because the door and spring set we had was very, very old but they didn't leave until everything was done and the area was cleaned. And this was all for a very fair price. I'd recommend Tais Garage door repair to anyone who needs this kind of work done, and I'd call them again !!!

I was rushing to work and upon turning the ignition off I tossed my keys on the front seat of my car. Within 20 minutes, Alik one of the locksmiths arrived and unlocked my car in just under three minutes. My car was unlocked and I couldn't be more pleased. They work fast and their service is top notch. I have tried many locksmith services but by far they are the best at their job. I recommend their service 100%.

I called Tais at 7:30 am, as the torsion spring simply broke in half. By 9:00 am Alex arrived, and quoted a very reasonable price to replace both torsion springs, and install a brand new Liftmaster opener. By 11:00 am, the job was totally finished. Quality work by quality people.Mike Hatfield

Best of all the service man could have tried to sell me on fixing some other minor issues but instead informed me how they could be fixed if I was a 'do it yourself' guy.
