Awesome little company. They have shops throughout San Diego, a mobile service and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Marko, in Santee, was super friendly when I needed to get my house locks rekeyed. It was a little bit of a stressful day but he was so nice and helpful, it was so refreshing!They give you the option to bring the locks to the shop or they come to you. Easy, local, quick and comparable in price! They even have a customer service line answered by their other shops to help in a pinch. Thor was another super helpful 'busy bee' when I had more questions! I highly recommend!

Wrote them at 4:00 am on a Wednesday and got a response an hour later. The quotes we're accurate and legit and the service was fast and easy. I lost my keys at my storage unit and needed to get it out or be towed by them at my expense. My owners manual said I had to tow truck to them. Called dealer for price and if tow to them needed. They didn't call back as promised. Saw ad for Busy Bee locksmiths called them at 1:30 they were great told me the price and when locksmith would be there to make new key. They let me know when Jerry was on his way. Jerry is a master locksmith, professional and easy to talk to by 3:30 he's done and my truck is running. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the whole experience and the money I saved. I will use them when ever I need a locksmith from now on.

Called the company around 3pm today when my key broke off in my trunk and the woman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. She was able to quickly give me a quote and a time frame of when someone would be out to help. JC A. from Santee showed up early, was super friendly and helpful - he even tried to help find the missing half of the key to try and save us a bit more money. He's a really good, knowledgeable guy and I highly reccomend this company and especially JC. They had far better prices than other places I called as well and the price I was quoted on the phone was what I paid - no last minute surprises or hikes! Seriously give them a try - ask for JC!
