Talk about a bait and switch....There's nothing $55.00 about this place be alert to that on Facebook Marketplace. I told them the year, make, and model of my truck, and my zip code and $55.00 went to $110. I then told him that my only other key was likely in the truck (fob stopped working years ago) and I would pay $100.00 He agreed and then the price went up to $180. This was a total waste of my time. I will gladly remove this post if they do what they said they were going to do today. $100, new key and fob programmed.

3 stars because they were not upfront about the cost. When u give a price to the customer, it's extremely important to mention that keys are an extra $4.50 EACH and that you then tax the entire amount. So, the bill was $25.00 higher than what I WAS QUOTED over the phone. Details and honesty matter a lot. That said, they technician was very nice, on time and fast. If not for the money issue I'd have given a 5.

Terrible business practices and frankly very condescending, you put your trust into so called experts of their trade only to be left by the way side worse off then you started. This company was simply hired to open a house lock, deadbolt and make a new key to effectively work for both, well only the bottom lock works and they take absolutely no responsibility for the deadbolt, stating to the affect that we had nothing to do with it, and if you even want us to look at it its another $150 (after having already paid them $300 just for the above work). Adding in that they think thats its unfair of me to even dare ask them to review the problem blaming that my locks are 20 years old (which in fact they are only 1 yr) or that my issue now is completely unrelated, logic would stand to reason that in fact they are completely correlated. Save yourself the headache, frustration and time and choose another company that truly stands behind their work and isnt just looking to take your money.

Have used them several times. Legit, nice guys who are polite, several reminders of appointment and confirmation when hes on his way. Dont fall for other internet locksmiths!!! I got scammed once before - got a terrible job by a likely unlicensed guy that had to be redone and was overcharged to boot. Never again. Sunshine is my company.

The owner came and did some work for our business. As I was finishing up on a sales process with a customer, he walked up to my desk and aggressively yelled I get paid $125 for my time and I don't need to be waiting. His total wait time was less than 5 minutes. I asked him to hold for a minute and he stormed off with the keys after he had already done the work so we had to chase him for several hours to get the keys. I called his business and they said that this is normal for his temper.
