Technician John arrived on time, even in the rain, to help me with my locked motorcycle fuel cap. Got it open pretty quickly, and the price I was quoted over the phone for labor was honored. Even chatted with me a bit about various locks and keys and how they work and how locksmiths are able to read key codes, which was really interesting to learn. Definitely would choose Pop-A-Lock again if I ever find myself needing a locksmith.

I used this company about a year ago and they were great! The tech had to spend an hour to work through two locks to get into my house, never complained and zero damage. Tonight I thought I was calling Pop-A-Lock again but discovered (after the tech left) that I accidentally selected a different company from my google search. What a nightmare! The tech did not listen when I told him how we got into house before, and I was charged double what I paid last year and ended up with two deadbolts and one doorknob lock drilled out, and another doorknob lock broken. Lesson learned-I will NEVER use any locksmith other than Pop-A-Lock again!

Thanks for you guys help with an electronic door key issue at a friend of mines condo. Your Rep (Steve) showed up on time and had the situation resolved quickly. He also took the time to look at the insides of the electronic key to make sure there were no obvious issues that might lead to an problem. Thats for the prompt, courteous, affordable service!!

Big big big thank you to Priscilla, we were locked out of our apartment with the kids inside and we didnt realize the front door had a smart lock. With the tech that could open a smart lock an hour away she put in the extra time and effort and managed to open the bar on our sliding glass door. A++++ Thank you Priscilla!

I had so many problems yesterday, most of them dealing with locks, keys... Today, Richard Redleaf made them all disappear very quickly! The guy's like magic. I had lock/key problems on my front door, my garage door, and my car. The first company jerked me around for over two hours before I finally called and canceled the request and called Pop a Lock. Dylan RUSHED to me when I requested roadside assistance from my insurance carrier as my dog had locked herself in my car. Luckily AC was on.
