She is very kind, helpful and had my copy ready in seconds. I lost count on the times I've been to the shop but most definitely will be coming back. Great service! I lost my key and the dealership wanted me to tow my car to them and charge me more than double of what this guy did. Did I mention he came at 9pm at night and did it in less than an hour?!?!!!! Sweet service , fast service and reasonable prices.

I had the worst experience with this company. I just have a key to enter my car. I decided to get a key fob. Calling this company was very easy, they were very fast. However, the remote wouldn't do anything. It made the noise as if it was working but wouldn't actually lock or unlock the car. Then the dude locked my keys inside the car and had to unlock with his tools. Now my car wont unlock or lock from the inside buttons. Which it did previously, because thats how I've been doing it for a while. Now I have to manually lock each door. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Now i have to go to a shop to fix my power locks!

I was frustrated after trying to get a duplicate a key that would work. Went to Home Depot twice without success. However, Mary, at Auto Locksmith SJ, saw the problem right away and made a key that worked perfectly. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Recommend the shop highly.

Awesome service! Easily the best thing that happened during a bad situation. My daughter's car key fob was stolen and of course we only had the one since it was purchased used. He came out on short notice close to closing time and not only programmed 2 new fobs, he disabled all previous fobs all for less than what one new fob & programming would have cost at the dealer. Best thing is we were able to drive the car home with peace of mind. Would totally recommend to anyone needing his services.

What a great little shop. I had to get a key cut for a vintage Mustang. Most other stores just have those automated machines but this place has all sorts of equipment to make copies. Mary took care of me and my keys!

I don't know what these people are all about, but something is shady. I called to get a quote for a key and the guy was very evasive. He kept asking questions about where I was...needed my zip code...my phone number... I asked him again for the quote and he said he had to have his technician call me... Ten minutes later, another shady guy calls me asking the same questions. When I asked him if he was the 'technician' he said no, he will call you.... My guess is these guys are brokering out the work. Now they keep calling.. You should be able to tell one person what you need and they should give you a price. .Stay away from these guys.

Marc is the best guy. He guaranteed to do quality work. I had a couple locksmiths come out and they could not make new fobs for a completely lost subaru outback 2016 and they charged me. Marc promised over the phone if he couldn't make the keys no charge to me. He made the keys fast and they all work great. Marc knows his stuff. Never going anywhere else. Thank you!!!!

Mark did an awesome job, if anyone needs their car ignition switch worked on, he is the man! My Honda Pilot ignition switch got locked up in the off position and the dealership wanted to charge $1,100 plus tax... this included a three hour drill job to remove the switch and almost $500 for a replacement switch. After I towed the Pilot from the dealership to my home, Mark came out and knocked out the job in under 40 minutes for less than half the dealer price. Plus he threw in a brand new key for free, amazing! I hope to never have this issue again, but if I do, I know not to waist my time or money with the dealership.

So good. My daughters car door key mysteriously stopped working, leaving her stranded. We didnt know the issue, but knew we needed help. We called Mark, and he was out in about an hour to diagnose the problem, reset the lock, and even made her a spare key - all after hours and in the dark.
