I am a newbie at figuring out what I need for a new portable generator. I knew I needed propane and oil. On this day this Ace was not the place for easy help. I was passed between 2 girls who were less than helpful. I hope I have a new full propane tank.

I needed a screen for my back kitchen window and had bugs coming in. I had no idea what to do because home Depot didn't have the replacement size. I was at Ace and saw someone bringing in a broken screen so I asked and they said that Ace repairs them!!!!! Wow so I brought mine in for repair. Now no more bugs. Yay.

Terrible service. I went in to but a tub diverter. I went up and asked a service guy if they had a deep socket for it. He couldn't find what another service person said. Then left to help someone else telling me someone else would be over. After 10 min I went and found the same guy and asked if anyone was going to help me. He acted like I was bothering him. I will never go there again and tell everyone to stay away.

I love this place! I use them as often as I can. The staff is super helpful and make an effort to get to know you by name. The big box store may have more stuff but Ace is truly the helpful place.

I grew up in Eustis and am in town frequently. I understand the importance of small business and thats why I support them. But of all things a business does or doesnt have control over, the environment and interaction with the customer is an easy one. Yet every time I visit this Ace, I feel like Im bothering the employees. They pride themselves on small town but they arent warm and inviting nor appreciative. Ive given this place too many chances to do better. Its a real shame. Back to L o w e s

It's always a pleasure to shop at our local Ace hardware. The staff is always helpful, even if they don't carry the item you're looking for they will at least point you in the right direction. The Eustis Ace hardware is one of the best I've been to. They will make time for you even if they are super busy.

They were not very helpful to me, but everyone else they allowed to skip the line in front of me and several employees having private conversations telling me theyll be right with me then walking away I walked to every single register nobody would help me so I just left Theres literally one 10 minutes away so thanks for nothing

A little disappointed that I asked for certain amount of an item, however because the employee did but know how to get the correct amount said it was a little over the requested amount by an inch, turned to be double plus some. Due to time constraints I didn't have time to get it corrected. Good thing about the store there was plenty of help on the sales floor.

Always Busy. Horrible Parking at Rear of Building! Staff here are lazy & useless. I despise the checkout counters... One circular setup in middle of store.. Everybody gets confused about who's next in line & you end up getting cut in front of.. every time! This store is super small with way too many items all stuffed in everywhere & anywhere so it takes forever to find what you need. Forget asking for help cause nobody has a clue! I prefer the Umatilla Ace! A few miles further up SR 19. Where everybody knows me by name.

I going to a lot of the Bronson Ace Hardware Stores. The one in Eustis and Umatilla or the ones are frequent the most. Also been to the Mount Dora and The Tavares stores. Usually end up going here to find the pieces and parts that I can't find it Lowes or at Home Depot. The staff has always been very helpful in finding what I need. The last few months their prices have been actually very competitive to Lowe's and Home Depot.

My review is not of the sales and staff that support the front. My review is about the SERVICE and REPAIRS. I purchase a Stihl Chain Saw MS250. I also purchased their oil in order to extend the warranty. I took my chainsaw last Friday 6/23/17 to be repair. I paid the 30.00 dollar diagnostics fee and went my way. I called on Thursday 6/29 and ask to speak with the repair person 'Mark' he mentioned to me that there was no info in my ticket, understandable mistake, the gal that took the chainsaw in did not write the info, It happens. I gave him the info and then things started to get heated as Mark begins to tell me that my chainsaw looks abuse, operator error, and I begin to get upset listening to Mark blaming me and accusing me of not knowing how to use a chainsaw. I explained to Mark that I read the instructions, that I did just as the manual said, that 2 pulls on choke position and then place it in run and that's how I always do it. A store that have an employee fighting with customer is not smart. Ace has always been in my book the place to shop and that's why I purchased there blowers, chainsaw, edger, etc. Because of their service. BUT this particular store has a MARK working there that does not know how to treat customers. TO THE MANAGER or STORE OWNER... Mark should be sent to customer service classes. Understand that the most valuable asset that a store clerk has should be good friendly customer skills. For Mark to fight and argue with me cause me to write this review... and I will make sure I tell a lot more people my story...
