I was extremely please with their service! Quick and easy!!!My only concern is that I was charged a $75 fee - that I was never made aware of beforehand. I got ONE lock changed with 5 KEY COPIES to go with - he said the lock change would be approximately $30/$35 and apprximately $2 for each key copy .......... my total was $110.00!!! Honestly, I felt horrible - like i couldnt do anything else but just pay him! Don't get me wrong, he was wonderful! Extremely professional and great conversation ... I just wish i would have been informed of the service fee beforehand as my budget for this was approximately $50.

Thank you for cutting my Key, it worked perfect!!! I broke my truck key when I shut the tailgate, and Matlock's rose to the occation and took the broken parts made me a new key that the first time. These are some GREAT people. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience last time I was here. This time, not so great. edit: normally, I wouldn't respond to this. But it is so extremely distorted and false that I'll make an exception. If stating that I could get the same service elsewhere for 50% lower is belligerent and rude you shouldn't be working in retail. You might consider another line of work. I was never told to find anothet locksmith. But I did anyway.

Needed a key cut for my car but because of the design of the key nobody else could cut it despite me trying 4 different places. Took it to Matlock's and they had it cut in under 30 seconds. Employee was very nice as well. Would recommend to anyone.
