Extremely satisfied! The gentleman who came out was super friendly and provided excellent service. Came right away when I called and had me in very quickly. With the stress and anxiety that comes with being locked out, it was so reassuring to hear 'I'm on my way'. Once he got here, it was only a few minutes before he got me in. Re-keyed my entire home. Great service in a timely manner at an affordable price. Was having issues with the smart lock that I purchased from Home Depot so we decided it was defective. The tech waited at my house while I took the lock back and got a new one. New lock took 10 minutes to install. Great job!

This place gets 5 stars because they saved me!!!A key broke into the keyhole, so we called them. They showed up within 15 minutes and fixed the keyhole and pulled out the broken key. They were very fast, and it only cost $80. They are very good and efficient. Highly recommended!

James was easy to work with, had great communication, and got us into the house faster than I imagined possible. He discussed pricing upfront and did not do anything without discussing it with me first. His pricing was reasonable and he did not try to pressure me into doing anything I didn't want. I decided to install new locks myself, and instead of trying to convince me otherwise, he gave me some good advice on installation and even offered help via phone if I ran into any problems while installing them myself. I didn't need his help after that, but it was a good gesture for him to offer. This company is very professional, timely, and courteous.
