Here is my experience with a lenny lockamith. I call cause front door doesnt close as easy as should. The customer service was nice. Said someone would call me in a few minutes. Someone called ( i assume from a diffent small locksmith company). So guy comes out charges me 20$ for 90 second evaluation. Then said its 100$. To screw strike plate in different location. Asked how long that takes. He says 10 min. So u expect me to pay 120 for 10 min worth of work. Not a trust worthy company. Trying to screw people. And im still getting calls from 5 other locksmith. All saying they work for a lenny. But caller id says another locksmith company. Stay away unless u wan to get screwed.
