A very pleasant experience over all. I needed my new upgraded BMW key fob blade cut. Called them up Saturday, made a quick ride from Fort Lauderdale to get to their shop right south of I-595 on State Road 7 in Davie.. An hour later my new key was cut and the price to get it cut was right.

The 'Open 24 Hours' must be some kind of joke or scam. Locked out of my place at 3am, called twice and nobody answered.If you're not going to be a true 24 hour service, don't represent yourself as one.

Brought my truck in to get the alarm remote paid 100 bucks just for it to randomly stop working a month later brought the remote back in and they didnt know what was wrong and how to fix it so basically I was out 100 bucks never again

Great customer service demeanor. The experience of cutting a car key and programming the new fob was a pleasant one. Alicia completed the job all within 15 minutes as stated. No fuss, no hassle and a reasonable price. Highly recommended !!

I would give zero stars but Google reviews does not allow that. Worst experience ever with a locksmith, ordered a key fob, paid in full said it would be there in about 5 working days, took over 2 weeks to arrive & when it did they ordered the wrong one! After reordering the correct one which took another 2 weeks, brought car in so they could program the new fob, but low & behold their computer was broke & they could not program the fob till they got a new computer or borrowed one. It took over 2 months from the time I paid in full till I received a fob that worked! Would recommend any locksmith over Lock N Locksmith!

Unfortunately I did not have a great experince with this company. I originally bought a key offline for a vehicle I own since I only had one original key. I brought it in and was told it was the 'wrong key' but they would order me the right key. I waited weeks and checked in periodically to see if the key had come in yet. I finally just ordered another key off line and came in to have it programmed. I was told they didnt have a computer to program it but told me to come next day. I came back twice the next day and nobody was there. I went down the road to Keys Plus Locksmith and got immediate service and the key programmed. The icing on this experince was I then programmed the original third key myself (so guess it wasn't a bad key). Now I have three working keys and a one star for this place.

Horrible service, I called and the guy told me that his driver is on his way, we were 2.8 miles from their location. We waited 30 minutes and called them to let them know that the driver isnt here and they never answered the phone, so I ended up calling a different place
