Service r ' r us USA these guys are the best fast and good customer services , I had my kids lost my car keys , they where on time and had us on the road with a new set of keys in 15 minutes tops. Good customer services I rate them 5 star for they services.

I got locked out of my car in the Hard Rock Casino. It was 2am on Saturday night and I tried to call a few locksmith in the area. Mike was the only one that answered my call. He was fast to arrive, he was very polite and didn't overcharged. Thank you Mike!

This company is not legit, they are an advertising company for locksmith sub contractors. I had the locksmith come to my vehicle after I gave him full detail of my issue and he explained in detail all the extensive work that he had to do and that was the reasoning for the fee. He got to my vehicle and nothing he stated he did and still charged me that astronomical fee. I asked for the information to the company he gives me a customer service number and when I called them just to file a complaint because at this time I know that a partial refund would not be honored even though the technician didn't do what he stated to me, the manager who answered began probing for information and would not let me file a complaint or even give me the information to contact the owner. He had no customer service and did not even try to ease my frustration. It's not like I was asking for a full refund because what is right is right and the contractor still deserves to get paid all I was asking was to be charged correctly not price gouged. So if you are looking for a locksmith these are not the people to use. No compassion, no customer service and definitely liars, glad I have all recorded from the initial call and the time frame from the start of the work as well as the time the card was charged. I never seek legal help but this company whoever they are need to stop taking advantage of people.

I would just like to commend Mike for rushing to our aide on a late Sunday evening after we lost the uhaul rental truck key.. we had been moving all day.. and were set to go home, when we realized we couldn't find the key to the truck. UHaul customer service put us in touch with Mike and within 15 mins he arrived, a brand new key was made within 5 minutes. Needless to say we were exhausted and ready to go home. I highly recommend Service R Us & to Mike a special thank you!
