So I had the horrible misfortune of having my ONE AND ONLY key break apart in my ignition two days ago, I instantly got a wave of frustration, anxiety and fear because I knew that this was not only a major problem Ill have to deal with but a real costly one. So I did what anyone does these days and checked google for reliable and fair (money wise) locksmiths to cut me a key. After a hours of searching I came upon Lock N More locksmiths. Thinking this was just gonna be another bogus company that charges through the roof i really expected that Id quickly be moving on-to the next candidate. To my surprise they answered second ring and was greeted by a human being! Not a automated voice message. To and even bigger surprise I was actually talking with owner; Joey. Joey was not only intelligent, well-spoken and assured me that he can fix my problem and would be there the same day! Of course I was still worried about how much this whole situation would cost me because no matter how nice someone can be, all I really care about is how much this is going to cost me. He told me what it would cost for him to come out, cut me a new key, program the key (because my key had a chip in it) and diagnose the problem and to my relief he was not only fair in his prices he beat out all the other 25 locksmiths I called by a decent amount. Sometimes when things are too good To be true they either A. They are. Or B they do shotty work. Joey came the same day figured out the problem and discovered the real issue as to why my car wasnt starting and why the key was bound to break. He replaced the cylinder to my ignition no problem after he had to run to his shop and come back. Which he actually did come back in a very reasonable amount of time. Instead of leaving and taking a super long lunch break to leave me hanging. Anyways he fixed the problem cut me a new key programmed the key and now it starts up beautifully. The key into the ignition is like butter now. Thankfully i was able to find Joey and his company and he did a amazing job, he was knowledgeable, friendly, worked really hard in the 100 and whatever degree heat, while wearing a mask!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in a similar situation or with any issue when it comes to their car. Definitely pleased with the service.

(UPDATE)After previously having a very negative experience with this company (and having to sleep in my car because of it), I was contacted by the new owner of the company.Though what happened has happened and I don't currently need their service, I'm pleased to see that the new management is dedicated enough to handle issues and provide proper customer support. Hopefully I won't require their service in the future, but I'll be sure to keep them in mind if I do.I can at least speak to their persistence in making sure customers are satisfied.
