Just had Security Safe Locksmith (Aaron & Dennis Schnepp) cut (laser milling machine) two keys for my 2008 Smart Car. Amazon supplied two keys for $35. Total all in cost about 1/3 of what the Mercedes Dealer charges for 1 key. Aaron & Dennis are a father and son team. Made an appointment, in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend this company for any of your locksmith needs.

On a Saturday morning I lost my car key. An hour was wasted calling every Locksmith in the area. All were off on the weekend. Two were in but could not get to me until Monday. The only emergency number I got also said wait til Monday. I got to these guys,Dennis and Arron, at about 9:15am. By 10am they were at the house. By 10:30 I was in my car on the road. And, by the way, their fee was from $35 to $145 less than any of the others. I lucked upon them. Now I know that other than losing my key, it was a very lucky thing that I found these guys.

Larry was able to get my remote for my car to work properly. After I tried for 2 days I could not get it programmed. He realized that the remote that I had was not for my car and within five minutes he had the right remote and programmed it. I was very pleased and I now have a new locksmith

All I can say is that Dennis at Security Safe Locksmith is the best locksmith in all of Charlotte County. I would give him 10 stars if i could. I called him up on Christmas Eve to see if he could cut and program an extra key fob to my wife's nissan rogue and he was able to do it with no problem and he charged an awesome price to do it.I will be definitely using him again. Right off the bat, He notified me of what the cost was and we arranged a time.I was quite impressed with his workshop on wheels. It was well organized and very capable.My job require computer hookups and programming.The price was reasonable and service excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this family operated business.

Dennis returned my call the next day, saw me that same day, worked an hour and a half on my pick-proof European lock, solved my problem, and charged a ridiculously fair price. We had a customer on a trip 1500 miles away, with a broken key, which would disrupt their vacation. Called every place in a 10 mile radius on a Saturday morning......Xmas weekend. They were the only ones who returned the call, and not only fixed our customer quickly and onsite, but at a very reasonable price. Recommended highly due to the quick turn, ability to work around brand new equipment/locks, and customer service.

I bought a new home and needed to get the locks changed quickly. I also had one lock that completely malfunctioned. I called these guys who set an appointment for the next day at 3pm. They were very prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. They fixed the malfunction and provided keys for all 8 locks they replaced in under an hour. They were highly considerate of my home by asking if they should take their shoes off before entering and they did not leave the doors to the outside open more than they had to so as to not increase cooling costs. Everything works great and they are in my contact lists to call anytime I need similar services. I was highly impressed!

Talk about a joke... scheduled an appointment and they were running late which was not a big problem. What is a problem though is that I took time away from work which was 30 min away to meet them and they call to me that they cant make it because one of the roads to the house is closed with a detour. Maybe read the detour sign or like most people, use your phones GPS. Instead you cancel because your too lazy to find a route to a house that your less than a mile from. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was stranded at the Punta Gorda Airport due to a lost key to my car. I called AAA who scheduled Charlotte Safe and Lock to come out to help me. LOOOONG story short, they never showed... 3 hours later AAA tells me I'm on my own and to call any locksmith and they will reimburse me. I called Dennis at Security Safe Locksmith and he was there in 15 minutes! Great guy! Great Service! Can't say enough of how pleased I am! Don't waste your time with who comes up first on a Google Search, Call SECURITY SAFE LOCKSMITH first and you won't be sitting there angry for 3 hours waiting for a company that couldn't give a crap about you, your time or your business!
