I called for a quote at 730pm to get my cars locked popped because I locked my keys in the car. I was told it would take 5-6 minutes for a technician to call back with ETA. I was told it is $15 to come out and starts at $35 to pop the lock depending on the tools that have to be used. 20 minutes after my call I still hadnt received an ETA. I called back and was told the technician is near and he will be calling me soon. Another 10 minutes pass and the technician calls saying he is 30 minutes away. Finally at 9pm the technician shows uses the air pump and the slim Jim thing to pop my lock he the says $110! Of course I ask why he says mileage and its higher at night! First off when I called it was still daylight and if he would have came when stated the sun would have still been out. Secondly I was never told that mileage additional in pricing! This company is very misleading they were not immediate! They did not keep contact! They did not explain their fees! Unless you have hours and money to waste DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Legacy u guys are the best!!!! Had to call around for over an hour to get my Mercedes key originated, some other locksmiths said they cant do m... like for real?! Yall locksmiths and u cant make keys... thats a bs. Allen from legacy came quickly, and I had my key redone for half of the price that other quoted. Took him less than an hour. Will definitely recommend

I called this company to do a car for my company and we agreed on the price. i called the person to let him to know that i had 2 additional vehicles for him to do and he said ok we can do that. Once he got to my place, he said that i lied about what i wanted done on the cars and he is only going to do the 2 additional cars and not the first car we originally talked about. Would not recommend to any of the dealer folks out there. Poor Customer service.

Couldnt find my car keys before a job interview, i was so Frustrated and Anxious about it, when Danny came and promised me that I will be back on the road within less than 10 mins I thought he was just trying to make me feel better... really??? Smart fob for my 2019 Maxima ??? No way! The dealership told me to tow the car To their service department and that it will be done within 2 days. Smh. Danny made me a new fob in a timely manner. I still couldnt believe that a situation that could mess up my entire week turned to a great experience !

Absolutely Awful. First of all the price given over the phone was not what it came out to be upon arrival. The man over the phone even said the person who will come out will give us the total price. The man who showed up, was not only in a personal vehicle, he had nothing on him saying he was an employee. He walked all the way to the back of my store said, 'this the door?' and unlocked it. it was super fast, however after that he quoted us a totally different price, which included an 89.99$ TOOL FEE. We've used locksmiths in the past and have never even heard of that. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal if it had been mentioned over the phone. So we contact the main office to try to get some clarity, the whole time we're on the phone the locksmith is in our store being unpleasant like we're wasting his time, WERE A BUSINESS MONEY IS IMPORTANT. So he finally just says whatever just pay me for coming out and unlocking the door (which is what we were quoted). When he gets his money, one of our associates (WHO IS NEW) told him to have a good day, which he replied to , 'Okay B*tch' We were not having that my manger confronted him so he start cussing her out, to the point where she said she was gonna call the police, and he replied, 'CALL THE POLICE, IMMA FELON I'VE BEEN TO JAIL A MILLION TIMES.' So in short Save yourself the trouble and go to a place that actually knows how to operate like a business.

Would be a 5, but the price. We locked 3 separate car keys in our car at Kroger. Customer service at Kroger googled 'locksmith' and gave me Legacy's number. Within 5 minutes the guy arrived, and within 10 minutes he had already opened the door, I paid via debit card, and he was gone. Super fast, super professional. I still think seventy eight was high, but I had no choice. A fair price would have been thirty, in my opinion.

Called the dealership and almost laughed in the guy's face when he told me how much it would cost to replace a chipped key fob for my Charger. Called Legacy and saved $200 - not an exaggeration or an estimate, that's a fact - and 1-2 hours of my precious time. I recommend them to anyone. Great job, new key works flawlessly, very reasonable price and very quick. What else do you want?

Wow! What and experience with Legacy Locksmith and Eli the owner. I have needed a extra key for my Ford150 for sometime and as luck would have it we were at a stoplight next to each other. I flagged him down and ask him about the process and he said if you have ten minutes he could do it right now. Sure enough he cut me a new key, programmed all the remote lock and start functionality and I was on my way for about 1/3 of the cost that the ford dealer quoted! If your looking for an honest and reliable locksmith look no further then Legacy!

What a great experience. I called around looking for a locksmith with a storefront. I had purchased a new front door handle but needed it keyed to my existing key. I didnt need someone to come out to the house. They provided a great service while I waited. Kudos to Legacy Locksmith for helping me out.

I locked a set of keys in my VW Passat. I called Legacy to come out and open the door for me. While on the phone I asked what the charge would be and I was told it could range anywhere from $50-$100 and the price range depends on what tools the technician would need to do the job. The technician showed up in a timely manor, and in less than 45 seconds the car was unlocked, so Im thinking because it was such a fast job I would be around the $50 range. Nope! I was told $15 for the service call and $85 for the job. This guy literally put and inflatable air bag in the door pumped it a few times took a glorified coat hanger and opened my door and thought it was worth $100. I called the main office and asked why the price was so high and they said it was because it was a VW. They said because it was a VW the only way to open the door was by using the inflatable bags. I said I dont understand why I got a range from $50 to $100 if yall knew it was going to be a $100 job from the get go. I assume the price range keeps the customer optimistic hoping for a good price which also probably keeps customers from shopping around when the reality is the high price in the range is what they intend to charge everytime. Do yourself a favor and find another company. I dont mind paying a fair price for a job, but these guys gouge hardcore.

Allen is the MAN!!! I lost my f-150 key and was told by ford because it was over 10 years old that they didnt have the ignition code. Allen responded right away and got truck up in running in less than 1 hour. I highly recommend him to everyone and will use him in the future if I ever need him!!!
