DO NOT GO HERE Ridiculous pricing $118 SHOP AROUND. Lady on phone was very nice and to the point. The guy who came was later than they had said but things happen. Then they hit me with the 79 labor charge. It took the guy 3 minutes tops and literally anyone could have done what he did. Its two tools. Again, nice employees, but the owners are scam artists. The only reason they dont have a lower score is because everyone in alpharetta is too rich for their own good.

I had to use this company twice in one day. The first time I called I spoke to Ashley what a pleasant person to speak with, she was very professional and empathic to my situation. The tech arrived unlocked my car and my keys weren't in my car, although I felt like I was over charged for my car lockout, I called the company back and once again I spoke to Ashley, she once again was very empathic to the fact that just paid over 100 to get in my car, and then turn around needing a key that usually cost over 200.00 dollars. Ashley said to me, since your keys weren't in the car, and we already unlocked the car I can send you Anthony ( which was awesome as well, and very knowledgeable) and only charge u the 125 total, which is our starting prices. To me evened it self out. Anthony arrived os, knew exactly what to do, and got right to it. He didn't try to change the price or act like he had to do something spectacularlar for my car. VERY HONEST COMPANY! I would definitely call this locksmith company again. They have gain a long life customer, as long as they keep providing the EXCELLENT customer service that they do.

Last night was a utter nightmare for me until I spoke with ampm locksmith. I had already had one company to come out and tell me 200 dollars to break me key out my door and an additional 150 to make another key, single mother of kids I couldnt afford that. So I called ampm and spoke to Ashley (such a sweetheart), in tears at the point, Ashley told me to remain calm, that Anthony was right around the corner assisting another customer but would call me and let me know his eta. Its was like I was talking to angel. Never have I experienced such customer service, she even checked back with me and made sure me and my kids were safe since we was stuck at a laundry mat that had closed for the day. Anthony called as Ashley promised and said he was wrapping up now and was coming to rescue my family and I out the cold. Anthony was just as pleasant as Ashley even with it being as late as it was. He worked. diligently to get my key out the door and got us a new key working in no time and all under 200 dollars. I would recommend ampm to anybody for the excellent customer service and their prompt response to a family in need. Ask for Anthony and Ashley. The dynamic duo. Thanks Guys!!

I was recommended by a friend and we both have used a.m.- p.m. Roswell locksmith several times to assist with automotive issues locking my keys in the car as well as lost car keys. I have never had an issue with a key they have made for me. They are very knowledgeable,and are not nearly as expensive as the competition. This morning, a.m. p.m. Roswell locksmith performed another great service for me. The lock to my condo door was jammed and therefore I could not get in. I called around 830 and Tom was here a little after 9 AM. I was so appreciative of the quick service I received. After he was able to get the door open, he replaced the door knob for me. He was very courteous, friendly and efficient. They are prompt professionals who I would highly recommend to anyone needing locksmith services.
